I loved the Revel 3 but cannot say the same for Revel 4. They are comfortable enough but have so much room in the toe box that they are sloppy. I?ve changed to the Launch series and am much more satisfied.

Needs a little more support. Tennis shoes run a little bigger then the actual shoe size. I love the color and style.

Not that great. I tried them for a tempo run and they destroyed my arches. I wanted to use them as a speedy shoe for workouts but not enough support, do not recommend for running.

The quality fit and of the materials is not as good as the pair I purchased 3 years ago. The material feels thinner and the fit is not as comfortable as my previous Revels

I love the look: the colors, the sparkles, and the laces. I wish they were a bit more cushiony. I don't need buoyant pillows, but I do feel like they are harder than I'd like.

I'd never tried the Revels, just the Glycerins, but the Revels got good reviews, so I thought I would try them. I take a 10, so they always look larger coming out of the box, but, wow, these looked huge! It's probably because they run wide, in my estimation (they are mediums). The arch support is not bad. I will keep them because of that and use them as "house sneakers". I also purchased a pair of Ghost13s for walking (I like running shoes for walking for the extra support) and they are fabulous! So, if I have to compare the two, the Ghost13s are my favorite.

There is not enough arch or heel support in these shoes. I am disappointed in them.

The shoes are very cute. However, there is not much cushion or support. I would not order this again and will order a different style of the Brooks shoes next time.

Ordered my regular size, waited over a month for them to come into stock and they are 1/2 size to small. None in stock to exchange...bummer.

Fit is true. Colors are fantastic. Very little arch support and not as much cushioning as my previous Brooks shoes.

The Revel 4 size was as expected. But this shoe is a poor follow-up to the Revel 3 as far as quality is concerned. The tongue in the Revel 4 is thin and the arch gives minimal support. The Revel 3 had all of the high points of the more expensive Brooks running shoes. Was the R-3 a mistake or was the R-4 the mistake? I hope that the next version (Revel 5?) claws back the missing quality!

The size was my usual size for Brooks sneakers. Nice color combo and would go well with jeans and other sports clothing. My gripe here is that the Revel 4 is not nearly as well made and comfortable as the Revel 3. The tongue in the 4 version is skimpy and does not provide much comfort. Likewise, the arch support is practically nonexistent. Compared to the quality of the Revel 3, the Revel 4 is disappointing. I am returning them.

Sizing is spot on, nice lightweight shoe but it doesn?t feel very supportive. My go to is cascadia and I guess I?m not a big fan of change because I?m going back to that style ;) ! Also got the pretty light grey color but was an awful pick for trails, already look super dirty.

I have worn the Rebel for several years now and this model is way wider than it's predecessor. I tightened the laces and then it looked sloppy and my foot still slid around in them. Sadly, I didn't realize it until I'd worn them 3x so gave them to a friend. Ended up with the Glycerin and much happier!

I have owned the Revel 2 and 3. I like the 2 the best. This shoe has a very flat (unpadded) tongue, and it's too short, so when tied, the laces actually touch your foot. Not nearly as comfy as the other Revels. The fabric isn't as comfortable as the older models either. and the flat laces to me, are a poor choice. The foot bed, and design are good, but the material selection, not so much.

I have to say these are not my favorite shoes that I have purchased. They are good shoes but I don't fee they have as much support as other Brooks shoes.

I currently wear the older model of this shoe in a 9. The new model in a 9.5 was very tight and narrow. The center of my foot was larger than the base of the shoe. I typically wear a 9 medium, and have slender boney feet with a narrow heel. I'm going with the Adrenaline in a 9.5 for days when I need cushion and low arch support (gym, cross training, standing, working around the house). I'm going with the Ghost in a 9.5 for days when I need cushion with medium-high arch support (runs, long walks).

I'm a low mileage jogger who has been using a New Balance neutral cushioned shoe (on 3rd pair). I thought I'd give Brooks a try to see if this shoe might lessen foot and shin pain. I couldnt complete the second day trying to transition to this shoe as the pain worsened. It took over a week to get back to [my] normal. Although also a neutral cushioned shoe, this Brooks shoe had a vey different feel, very hard and too high off the ground (for me). A nice-looking shoe which appears well-made...so sad to have to return.

Brooks are my favorite sneaker and wanted to try the new Revel 4. The shoe is very light weight and great for running and every day use. Normally I'd give it 5 starts, but the back of the shoe is unraveling. Very disappointing as I've had these shoes for less than a month!

The blue looks much different from the picture online, and the shoe overall feels not quite up to brooks standards. Was trying to mix it up, but disappointed in my choice
