Very comfortable on my fussy fickle feet but cloth over toe needs to be reinforced. I always wear a hole over baby toe too fast.

I took a run in them, i was skeptical at first because i've never had good luck with Asics. pretty good cushioning though. If you're looking for high cushion though, go for the Nimbus rather than the cumulus. Overall, they nice and comfy, just not wide enough for me

I have bought the second pair of Gel Cumulus because they are really comfortable. They have great cushioning and stability, I would rate 5 stars those aspects. Regarding the outsole durability, I would give it two or three stars...
The outsole of the first pair wears out with just less than 200 miles. I have run aprox 45 miles with the second pair and you can see the wear... not sure if I could accumulate 200 miles...

The size is smaller than my previous ASICS in the same size. Narrower in the toe box area. Because of that, I loosened the laces but they seem shorter so it's difficult to double knot them.

It's narrow (didn't purchase for narrow feet) so at first it feels hard to put on and tie properly. I had to give out almost all the laces to a point I had very little left to tie with. It does get a little better with use but still feels kinda tight. Have to wear thin socks. And going larger in size would then be too big lengthwise. So kinda feels like there's too much compression.

Not near as supportive as my old Asics were. I have been wearing this brand for nursing, the last 15 yrs and have been very disappointed in my last two pair.
My feet start hurting within a week of having the new shoes because they lose their supporting cushion in them.

The top part of my foot hurts a lot when I use this shoe. This has never been a problem with the other Asics shoes I have owned! I have tried loosening the lace, but it doesn't have an effect.

Not sure I like these- I have had several pairs of the GT 1000 and they have been great- This time I got the GT 2000- they are hurting my feet on top, by the laces. I had recently tried a diff. Asics - returned them for the same reason- hurt feet on top so I went back to what I now the GT 1000- Wondering if Asics has changed the sizing? the cut? We will see- its only been 2 runs so far- maybe they will wear in....

I liked the fit of these in my house (although I agree with others that the laces are too short). But when I go on long walks, they make the arches of my feet hurt. I am hoping they will break in a little and that will help.

The shoes wore out to fast for me. I need a tougher material. They aren't for running, jogging, or treadmill walking. The shoes blowout too soon on the sole cushion. The outer material wears out if your going to use them for other purposes like cleaning, gardening, or working on cement. Only if you half to get down on the ground. I'm B size width foot ~ they stretch out to fast for my somewhat narrow foot. I usually buy Nike runners air max or pegasus, which is a tighter shoe and a stiffer sole. Asics are a bit wider. Still the sole cushion gives out within a month or less of wearing. No support for the sole, but still good enough to wear for short term duties. However, they still never gave me leg problems or feet problem for a middle aged women at about 125 to 130 pounds.

Nice shoe but runs 1/2 size small. Collar around the heel is somewhat thick. I am true 7.5 and wish I had gotten a size 8. Otherwise a decent shoe.

I had a pair of gel cumulus 21's that fit great and were so comfortable. They were a half size bigger than what I normally wear. I ordered the same size in cumulus 22 and they were too small lengthwise and the shoe laces were too short. I ordered another pair a full size bigger than what I normally wear and the length was good but shoe laces were still too short. Would be helpful is sizing was more consistent.

The soles near toes is already worn out just after several weeks. They are comfortable. I bought half size larger and fits great.

They shoes seem shorter this time. This is the 5th pair I have bought. Also the shoelaces were not long enough. I took a pair we of shoelaces out of some old shoes I had. The new shoelaces were 3 inches shorter

I like how these shoes fit my feet and support me while walking. But they just don't hold up. I walk 1-3 miles a day and within about 3 weeks they are worn out. I'd rather pay more for something that lasts better.

I am not a big fan of the Gel Cumulus. The Gel Nimbus 22 shoes are way better. I've worn the Nimbus 22 shoes for the past several years but my size and any decent color were sold out everywhere. I decided to take a chance on the cumulus and they are not nearly as comfortable or form-fitting to the foot. I wish I would have waited before buying these.

Feel great on my feet, but workmanship looks like it could use a bit more care for a brand new pair of shoes. They are black and the toe area is showing a whitish glue.
