I'm a long-time Brooks Glycerin user for just an everyday shoe, but wanted to try this Asics for the same cushy-ness & more support. But I guess I'm right with all the other reviewers saying that the width has changed to more narrow than in the past. Many Asics I used to wear were plenty roomy in the Wide width, but not this time. I ordered the Wide, and it was barely wider than a medium width. Plus, tho feeling quite supportive and cushy, this shoe just squeezes your foot from all over. A strange tight feeling which wasn't comfortable.

Love these shoes. Lightweight & super comfy. Definitely recommend sizing up at least a 1/2 size. I did not do this and regret it, the size I need is no longer available.

Wonderful shoe! I also wear the Brooks Ghost line and I find it to be comparable. I must say this shoe does run narrow and like other reviews the laces are short. My feet are by no means wide and the regular width feels a bit tight. Luckily it has stretched some. These will not work if you’re feet aren’t narrow, I would recommend ordering a wide width. Runs true to size except the width.

Good arch support. Truly a lightweight shoe. No break-in needed Some stabilizing of gait but not as much as styles like Nimbus or the Kayano. However this shoe is also more cushy than those. Probably my most comfortable Asics style to date. Top material is stretchy so runs bigger than I expected. I always order up 1/2 size, however this style I would not.

Haven't worm yet other than trying on, but I am typically an 8.5 or a 9 depending on the shoe/brand and the 9 fits. Seemed comfy.

Support is great, but i still get lateral ankle pain. The reason I bought these shoes is for more support for my ankles. While general support is amazing, still the ankle support is not what I hoped for. But def. Will buy asics again! Asics > Nike for running!

The heel does not snug as much as the 2017 model, there is more cushion but it took me awhile to adjust to this the rest of the shoe is great I'd give 5 stars if there were less cushion in the back of the heel and it fit closer like the older models

Shoes feel great and supports feel up to par. The only thing is to know that sizes run small unlike other brands. But that is the only thing that threw me off so I ordered the next size up.

Beautiful shoe. Just not for me. My foot pronated terribly in this shoe. No support at all on the inside of the shoe and I can typically wear a neutral cushioning shoe.
I switched to the Kayano 27 and all is well.

I like these sneakers ..although I also bought the Kayano 27.. much more comfortable on my feet.. not sure why.. but the gel cumulus my feet went numb even though I loosened up laces..I had to break them in..

I have worn them now for both shorter(4-5 miles) and longer(8-9). I really like the fit and the look. I wanted to wear them a couple more times before I wrote a review because I did have some pain in the ball of my foot after the longer runs which is not normal for me so hopefully that does not continue. I used to only wear asics and switched a couple years ago so I am happy to be trying them again. My only complaint is that the laces are so short you can barely do a double tie.

I had to return the 1st pair, they were so narrow! But I ordered the next size up, and they were fine. These are very comfortable with great support. I didn't need to "break" them in, just put them on and go! Very happy.

These are very good looking shoes. I use them only on the treadmill at a fast walk and have found them to be comfortable. I wish they had just a bit more cush/bounce to them, but being light weight I am good with them.
