I used this product throughout the entire winter storms. Sometimes I had socks on and other I did not. It kept my feet warm regardless. Best purchase I ever brought

Bought these for my husband. He said they fit well, and were comfortable. Did have a little spot that rubbed on one of his toes at first wearing, but he said he felt after breaking them in it would not be a problem.

Bought them for husband as gift . He does alot of outside work and usually ruins his good shoes. He loves them. His feet stay dry in the snow. Hasnt slipped on ice and easy to clean. He first made a joke when he got them as a gift but now he is grateful and loves them

My wife got these for me for Christmas. When I first put them on, they felt too small but they stretched to the perfect size after wearing them for the first time. They are light weight, comfortable, warm, water proof, and perfect for playing in the snow with your kids (which is what I do the most with these).

I bought these for my son. We are new to cold winter weather and these keep his feet nice and dry. They let him stomp around in the snow and puddles as much as he wants keeping his feet toasty warm.

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my son and he loves them. We recently did a long hike that included deep snow in places and a few river crossings; his feet stayed dry and he said the boots were comfortable.

After reading many reviews I decided to order these TNF boots. They are extremely warm and comfortable for what you need them. They run a size smaller so I ordered a size up and it fits perfectly. Great product from TNF.

I wanted to upgrade from my Columbia work boots that I've been wearing in the winter, so decided to give the North Face Chilkat IV a try after reading through reviews of these and similar boots. First, you should definitely get a half size larger than you normally would as they run small. They're very comfortable to wear, with lots of padding and support on all sides. They are high enough that snow doesn't hit my legs/ankles when running around with my 4-year old. They are definitely waterproof, as I've worn them while shoveling LOTS of snow, and have had dry socks as a result. They do seem "breathable", in that my feet don't get overly hot. In fact, sometimes they feel a little cool while wearing these. I wouldn't say that their aesthetics are great, but they get the job done. Would recommend for someone looking for a durable and comfortable winter boot.

I ordered half size larger than what I usually wear and it was a great idea that I read in the comments . Overall the show is great. I already tested at a ski resort and i was very comfortable. My feet stayed warm and dry.

Definitely order up a size or two, my husband is normally a 12- 12.5 and we bought the 12.5 thinking it would work out, ended up exchanging for a 13. These are really stylish though and he loves them.
