At last a comfortable shoe, with an understated design, for painful feet.

I'm currently on my third pair and ordering another as I like to have one waiting in the wings - they are that comfortable! I do 12-15 miles a day an have never had a single issue. I can't recommend this style enough, especially if you need a "W" width.

I have extremely flat and wide feet. I've also had plantar fasciitis in the past. I've had these shoes for about 5 months and I have ZERO pain and foot fatigue. As long as this model doesn't get discontinued, I will continue to buy these!!!

I've bought 3-pairs in the last 2 years, great for extra wide feet, arch support! My only complaint, the inside Heel MATERIAL needs more Padding! I walk 5 miles a day, & that Area always wears out for the price, u need to do better SAUCONY!

Very heavy and clunky shoe. Inside is ripping out where the heel rubs during jogging. Sticking with New balance.

The shoe was very tight fitting at the top of my foot. I had to loosen the laces. This is a problem because the laces are very short. I like to double tie if jogging but this is impossible with the meager length lace. This is very poor planning by Saucony and Zappos should alert them of the defect.

These are going back! They are like a rock on your foot. Heavy and clunky. Ugly colors, too. You have to be needing a serious orthotic to like these.

fit is good, adjusted it for slip on. Used in a couple exercise classes now and felt ok. Because of outside material, have not wear this during winter.
I'd also recommend:
asics, new balance, maybe sketchers

I'm not sure why Saucony now lists Echelon under Stability. I started buying Echelon because it was Neutral. It's still neutral as far as I can tell. The Echelon 8 is a return to form and the new dark gray color looks sharp. The inside heel still wears out long before the rest of the sneaker. I go through about 3 per year. I started with the Echelon 4. I rank them as follows: Echelon 6 Echelon 8 Echelon 5 Echelon 7 Echelon 4

1st time user of this product line, and very impressed with this shoe. I have custom orthotic's and have a very difficult time finding 13 wides that have a right sized shoe box. I have tried numerous shoes, and without doubt, this is the most comfortable shoe I've worn. This shoe is a keeper...you must try it!

Most comfortable extra wide shoe I own. Excellent Fit and finish. A well-built comfortable shoe. If you need an extra wide athletic shoe, give these a try. Great support for your foot especially if you are a larger person.

Second pair my husband has bought. He really likes them. Not too "minimal" but not too "much" either, a good balance between the two.

I have serious supination issues and metatarsal problems that I have tried to resolve with orthotics and multiple pairs of shoes. This shoe is the only shoe that has worked for me, they look great and they feel great, even if I am in them all day.

I have been wearing a couple of pair of Swerve shoes for a couple of years now (0ne outdoor pair and one indoor pair). They are very light and comfortable but I am 70 yrs old and have had some health issues that affected my stability. The Swerve does not offer a lot of lateral stability. The outdoor pair are kind of worn out anyway and I needed more stability. The Echelon fills that need. they are very comfortable and very stable. They are a little wider than I like or I might have given them a five.
