The Kayano is a good, comfortable running shoe with a roomy toe box. My only complaint is that the toe cap is weak and creases on both sides as the shoe flexes. The creases don't touch my toes, so this is a minor nuisance.

Great shoes overall, but ASICS should bring back the 13.5 size.

This particular shoe seems a bit softer than in the past but still seems too stiff for me. I'll use it mostly as a shoe for riding my bike.

The long of this model (Kayano 27) is a little longer that the same size of the previous model (Kayano 26) and it should be exactly the same

before Kayqno shoes I wear GT 2000 they do show some support in the outer side of my shoe. I'm assuming that is support. they take some time to get used to

Before Kayano shoes I used Asics GT 2000. I do feel some support in my outerside of my feet. I bought two pairs and they're both do the same. I'm assuming that is the support. besides that, they are comfortable, and it takes sometimes to get used to it.

Once I got the right size, this shoe was terrific - very comfortable, great lateral, heel & arch support. I've had many ASIC running shoes over the past 10 to 15 years. Always have come back. Ordered the same size as with past shoes, size 9 standard, but the initial shoes were way too long and the shoe box was too big. Sent them back, and ordered the same style, but downsized to 8 1/2, and they are perfect. ASIC changed something in the manufacturing/sizing process.

i overpronate and need real arch support and these work great

I found it runs a half size bigger than my normal shoe size. Other than that though - I kept the larger size and instead of training it's more of a leisure show now.

Paid almost 200 for these shoes. They feel like the 80 pair of ACICS I bought last time. Not worth the price I work 10 hour shifts standing most of that time on concrete. Thought paying more would help my feet. I have seen nor felt no difference.

The fit is perfect. I'm 250 pounds, and I burn through running shoes with weak soles, these are the most supportive shoes I have ever worn. I also wear gel contends for every day use but the kayano is light years ahead. My left kayano feels like something is poking my toe though.

I miss color choices .... and The Gel Kayano seems to have lost cushioning and seems stiff over the last several years? Have you changed this in newer models or Is it the manufacturer your using?

Shoe has been great for walking. I am heavy set and walk 7-9 milieus per day with no pains.

Stylish and roomy. Great for casual wear. Good fit light running.

Show has some heal slippage but overall comfortable fit.

Good show, nice and light but not as much stability as I would hope. Would consider it more of a neutral shoe (that's just my personal feet talking)

My first ASICS and I really liked it.. comfortable and sturdy.

Good shoe, not great. I can feel some of the rubber on the outside of my foot. I have a high arch and narrow foot and kayano usually accommodates to both. However, this seems to be made differently than the other kayano models.

I have 6 pairs of 27s now. The wear pattern is right in the center of my foot. Past models were more diagonal cutting from the outside of my heal to my big toe. Either my stride is getting more efficient or the shoe is even better at stability than past models.

This is a great shoe. Very comfortable and nice to run in both outside and on the treadmill. They seem to be relatively durable to this point. I know that I had 25's and they tore on the tops of the toe compartment.
