Sizing was a bit off when using your sizing estimator. Used Brooks beast 9 men's as reference. Was told same size in Gel-Kayano 27. It is almost full size bigger. But my partner threw out box and packaging. So returning is not much of option. So careful when ordering unless you have had tried them on before. Or at least keep box.

I've been buying Kayano's for years. There are the best for my flat, low arch feet. However this 27 series not as good as past. Front foot bed is a little more tight which has led to aching in center foot area after going long distances.

Very nice sneaker, however shoelaces are worn and frayed. Only have sneakers a couple of weeks

These shoes are amazingly comfortable and I'm on my 15th pair or so. The knock I have is that they wear out quick if you're a daily runner/walker. Also, every single pair I own has had an issue with the padding on the heel sliding down. If you put these on 1 time without unlacing the padding will slide down and bunch up just above your heel. It is crazy hard to try to force the padding back to the top of the shoe after this happens. Every. Single. Pair. Has this issue. Someday maybe this will get fixed

These shoes are cut bigger than the past I have bought. I always buy 9s in Asics but should have bought 8.5. I have worn them twice and they are a little too big. Wish I had bought 8.5s.

The Gel Kayano 27s have many positives- cushioning is good although not quite as supportive for pronation as the 23s were. Width of the 4E works for my big feet and I like that there are some color options for wides. There is an issue with the toe cap- time will tell if it's a big deal or just weird- cap is made of three "petals" that dimple in and touch my big toe- not noticeable when first trying on. These are the closest I've tried to the 23s though, which were perfect- I should have bought a lifetime supply of those.

Good shoe for general training. A little heavy but solid for slower, longer runs. Excellent stability but make sure to find a good pair of socks to match. Thick socks have led to major foot burn during runs.

A bit tight - but I plan to buy larger size. Overall a good shoe. I’ve bought Kayano before and like them. One downside though is that they do wear out pretty fast. Buy for style and comfort, buy more as they wear out. ;)

Great shoe for stability. Excellent construction and wear. True to size or, possibly, go up a half size!?? Only one problem: laces are way to short; can barely get them tied, so forget a runner's knot. Still a great shoe, but you'll have to buy longer laces!

I recently switched from Brooks to Asics and I am still trying to adjust to the fit. I am happy with the Asics but they are a little more uncomfortable when running (Specifically by the top of the laces). Other than than they seem to be a very nice and stable shoe.

I am on my fourth pair. This so far has been the most comfortable shoe for my low arches and has provided great space for my toes. My only negatve concern is these shoes wear down fast. Still i recommend them for people with feet problem and lower back pain.

I have over pronation and these shoes allow me not to injure my ankles.

I still prefer Asics to other brands. And I prefer the Gel-Kayano to other styles. But I miss the Gel-Kayano 26 and wish they were still available.

Great support for pronation without the bulky or blocky look from other brands.

I have had many pairs of ASICS and mostly gel kayanos. The toe box has pinches in the fabric and is not smooth. Very disappointed in this particular pair's quality. Otherwise comfortable and what I expected in the last 20 pair I have worn out.

So far so good. I've ran about 5 miles total, and they feel as good as any previous year model I've worn. I do worry that the toe area might be more likely to blow faster than previous owned models. I would still recommend this shoe to anyone looking for a good quality running shoe.

The shoe is a step up from my Nike Pegasus 36s in that I have more support for my flat feet with a tendency to overpronate. I haven't ran with them for long enough to make a full judgement, but they are comfy and do their job.

Not quite as comfortable as the 26. Toe seems to be more pointed.

Running days are over but these shoes stand up for twenty plus miles if walking a week. They do a great job of stabilizing foot plants and stride patterns.

My son has worn an earlier one of these in XW for a few years and they fit great. These XW are much too tight.

While I needed to replace my previous version of Kayano, I was very happy with them, the two new pair I purchased I am a little disappointed in. Just a month old, the soles of both pair are wearing already and they are a bit tighter in width as well as the top of the shoes.
