The shoe was very comfortable and felt great on my feet. I had to return it because it is too soft for me. When I walked with this shoe my right knee and hip hurt terribly. I purchased a shoe that had much more support and is built to provide stability.

the shoe felt tight and wasn't very comfortable but did stretch out over a week, I tried to call customer support to get a different size and they said I couldn't exchange it only return it and they were unable to even have a conversation and the chat box is so tiny you can only read 4 words at a time, super duper frustrating - Zappos c'mon!

I have worn the Bondi 6 for years - the Bondi 7 is a completely different shoe with a different fit and sole support. I had to send them back and couldn't find another style that was even close so have to go to another company. I just don't understand why you get rid of something that so many people like.

Shoe was fine. It came without the original box, no tags or labels. Shoe has been worn outside see pictures. I have no problem with people trying and returning as long as have the original box and tags and tried inside.

The seam of the insert causes a blister on my arch. Really disappointing as I love all things Hoka.

My feet are in between sizes, I should take a 11and 3/4 and 5 Ed wide and I under pronate. I have wide feet, high arches and after a couple weeks I have extreme pain in my right arch and because I have to walk on outside edge of feet extreme pain in the bone of the outside of my right foot. I need to go to podiatrist to get cortisone injections in my arches because of these shoes. The soles are thick but soft like a 3 foot high bad bed that would destroy your back. My feet problems are extreme and I always wore New Balance 1080 but the new ones lack arch support, and the Asics Gel Nimbus have no gel and the soles are rock hard. If you underpronate and have high arches stay away from these shoes.

I returned this item as it was too narrow in the toe box. I ordered the XW size, but the toe box narrows too quickly.

I got a men's size hoping the width would be better but the width was the same as the women's size I got first. I am disappointed with that. It is very hard for me to find comfortable shoes in my size and a wide width.

A salesperson recommended that I buy a men's shoe to accommodate the length and width I needed. I placed the order but the suggestion did not work. Felt like my feet were swimming in the sneaker so i returned the pair to a local store.

Bought the Bondi 7 due to the reviews of it being super soft. I agree, it was soft. Too soft. After a mile, it REALLY hurt my feet. Tried them again and same thing. I was hoping this would be the shoe for me but it wasn't. HOKA sent me a return label and I shipped them back on March 11. As of today they are still "in transit"

The magic is gone. The hoka bondi 7 is a failed evolution of a great shoe.
The bondi 6 has a soft cushioning feel that supports my poor feet on hard floors.
The bondi 7 DOES NOT feel soft or cushioned, it feels like waking of bare floors.
I’m returning my bondi 7s and hoping the bondi 8 returns to the success and cushioning of the bondi 6

I've been wearing Altra Running shoes for years. I ordered the Bondi 7 in size 13 in X-Xtra wide for a try. My foot size is 12. This shoe's thick sole doesn't have a soothing bounce. The front is tapered to an uncomfortable point. The sneaker pressed against my big toe, pointing the toe towards the center. This is very uncomfortable as my big toe points straight. I don't recommend this sneaker due its tapered front. Even with the Xtra Width and one size bigger, this sneaker isn't comfortable and doesn't have a bounce. I'll stick with Altra Running.

I have plantar fasciitis and called in to ask which shoes would be the best for that issue, was told the Bondi 7 would be the best!! I tried these shoes for about two weeks, and my feet have never hurt more than when I had these on!! I had to send them back and get my refund simply because the shoes did not work!!

Hoka, for some unexplained reason, decided to narrow the forefoot in both the Clifton 7 and the Bondi 7. For context, I ran in both the Clifton 6 and the Bondi 6 in wide versions, and both were roomy and comfortable. I have now tried both the Clifton 7 and Bondi 7, and the upper on both shoes has been substantially narrowed. I would love to hear the reasoning behind this -- it makes no sense to me.
Although Hoka offers the Bondi 7 in wide and extra wide versions (both of which I have tried, and there is barely a difference between the two), those versions are still far too narrow (and certainly no where nearly as roomy as wide and extra wide shoes made by competitors such as New Balance).
I am now left trying to snatch up any Clifton 6s or Bondi 6s in wides that I can get my hands on. And I have my fingers crossed that Hoka's designers will wake up and correct this problem in the Clifton 8 and Bondi 8.

Shoes came to me dirty and looked worn. The style and comfort good but Zappos is not like it used to be.

I have been buying Hoka Bondis for years. Many years. I absolutely love the 7s the best! For me, and everyone is different of course, these shoes fit perfectly and they are extremely durable. I run and walk a lot. I replace my shoes once they have 1,000 miles on them. All of my Bondis have made it to 1,000. I have noticed with Bondi, and not on Clifton, that somewhere around 400 miles I have to patch on the inside by my achilles, and on both sides an inch or so below my ankle. I don't consider that a problem since I've heard that you should really retire shoes after 500 miles. I wouldn't think of it!
