As a previous Clifton owner (two pairs) I am disappointed by the feel of the bondi. The toe box is too narrow. The rest of the shoe is true to size. I have purchased other HOKAs in this size without issue. The cushioning is satisfactory.

I was recommended these shoes by my podiatrist because they have the meta rocker for my arthritic big toe. Unfortunately the wide width is still too narrow for me. I will continue to search for an appropriate shoe.

There is what feels like rigid ridge running on the outside of the left insole. Causing pain and resulting in a corn developing on the side of my foot; I even ordered a WIDE because this happened on a previous pair of Hokas.

I purchased size 10, medium width, which I have purchased many times before. The pair I received felt one size larger in both the length and width, almost felt like a men’s shoe. Super disappointed. Second time this has happened with Zappos. Will no longer purchase athletic shoes this way. I will go to vendor directly from point forward.

I got these really hoping it's an improvement over Bondi 6 that I have used 2 pairs before. This shoe is less comfortable and very tight in the toe box despite loosening the laces to it s full. Thought might be the new shoe thing and I have to let it settle. Returning it after trying it for 2 weeks as it simply does not mould to any better fit. Give 2 star for great customer service Hoka has that allows a return with in 30 days.

They feel tight and the insoles seem cheap to me. I got dr. Scholl's insoles and made it bearable but could done better for the price

I purchased them" Hoka Bondi 7" for my husband who is on his feet all day. my husband was also experiencing knee pain so, when I bought him the Hoka's he loved them. I purchased them last month November 2021 for his Birthday and now something has broken on the left shoe heel which now squeaks when he walks. He says he still loves to wear them daily and I am so disappointed that they have not lasted. I am contemplating if i should replace them. :(

I bought these because I expected the wide width to fit but the New Balance, Brooks, and Saucony wides seem to be better fit for my foot.

Use shoes for walking ever other day 4-5 miles. After less than 250 clocked miles inner shoe padding material has a hole approximately an inch in diameter by upper heel and inner sole liner has a wear hole in fabric. I like the cushioning of the shoe however expected better durability considering the cost of the shoe

Finally tried something different from my usual Kayano and was blown away by the bondi 6. So cushioned and enjoyable worked up from 5k to 26.2 in these. Along the way upgraded to bondi 7 and hate it can't break it in its more rabid and stiff vs bondi 6 making it feel heavier. I was debating getting eleven to see if it's like the 6 or the new bondi x. But I spent so much on a barely used 7 I barely used hoping to break it in.

The left shoe has a hard ridge/seam going across the width of the shoe under the insole in the white foam looking material. It is painful to walk on. I don't know if it's supposed to serve some kind of purpose but the right shoe doesn't have it. I replaced the insoles with some thicker, more cushioned ones so now I can feel the ridge less. I thought the pain was me having something wrong with my foot and by the time I finally thought to pull out the insoles and look at the shoe, it was past the time to be able to return them. These were recommended to me for neuropathy because they are supposed to be very cushiony and soft and are supposed to have a bigger toe box than most shoes. I am a lady and ordered a men's wide size in a size larger than I normally would so I would be sure to have enough toe room. They are not nearly as wide as expected. Since I have to use thicker insoles in these shoes, they are too tight and the toe box is pretty cramped. The right shoe is ok and is cushiony and soft, just not quite big enough with the thicker insoles. They're expensive so I can't afford to replace them for a while so I have to just live with them. Also, they are really hot and don't breath much.

I replaced a pair of Bondis that I sent in to be replaced, as they'd worn out in the heel after two and a half months. They don't fit the same, and are not as comfortable, despite being the same shoe. I've now had one pair that wore out quicker than they're supposed to, which I actually loved until they wore out), and now a second pair that doesn't fit anywhere near the same as the first pair. Very strange, and super disappointing because I LOVED that first pair until the heel wore out.

My husband said the shoe was way too tight. And I'm concerned he won't fit in the next widest shoe size. The top of his foot is very thick and the shoes hurt him. Not sure whether to return them or exchange them. We usually have a very hard time finding shoes for him, so we're not very surprised.A bit bummed though. They feel very cushiony--in a good way.

The Hoka Bondi 7 feels great. It is a comfortable shoe with excellent support. However, there is a defect in both pairs of Bondi that I have tried out. The shoe has a very annoying squeaky sound that occurs with each step. It's hard to ignore the sound. Also, they are out of stock on many colors of the Bondi 7. I have waited for the color I wanted to come in but has been on back for 6 months.

It does not have the cushion or balance of the last pair of HOKA running shoes I purchased. It is tight across the top of my foot. It is a well made product but the fit and feel are not what what I expected based on previous experience with this product.

I have done my research involving these shoe, and I have had numerous friends recommend them. I run about 20 miles a week. I was super excited to get these in and try them out. Unfortunately, that excitement didn't last past the first run. First the positives. The shoes are super soft. They are so soft they feel like running on clouds. They transition well and are super easy on the feet. The negatives. They are ugly, I mean super ugly. If style is your thing don't buy these. I don't care about style, but I wouldn't wear these to my own funeral. The first time I ran on these, the first mile was good, but the agony began. It was pure hell on the feet at the end of four miles. My feet cramped up, I could barely walk, it was awful. That night in the bed and my feet hurt all night, to the point that ibuprofen didn't even help. The next day my knees and hips hurt so bad. I tried to wear them to work the next few days but the experience was the same. They feel like the inside instep is humped up causing constant pressure on my feet. When I ran, it was almost unbearable. I hate to send these back but I am going to have to. I think I under pronate but I bought a pair of Brooks that are neutral and they are great. These are neutral and I thought they would be the same. I hate not to recommend, but they were not for me.

I got this shoe because I was under the impression that it was good for long runs due to its max cushioning. What I realized (300+ miles later) was that it's cushion is dense and firm. It didn't give me the shock absorption I wanted and my knees hurt after long runs in these. These shoes also gave me blisters on the sides of my feet. I won't be getting the Bondi again.

Hard as a rock compared to Asics. For a walking shoe just too hard.
