Although I ordered xtra wide these sneakers were not wide enough. I wish you had a bigger selection of wide and 2x wide. I ended up buying New Balance 2x wide. This is the first non Hoka running shoes I have bought in 12 years.

I walk my dog daily on the street, 2-3 times every day. I only wear the shoes for these walks. After a couple of weeks I noticed the sole starting to fray in various spots. I've never had any pair of shoes do this. I have read a couple of similar reviews. I contacted Hoka and they said they could do a warranty exchange but I have to pay to ship them back. Not happy, definitely not industry trend. So over about 8 bucks they are losing a repeat customer. Still within the 30 days but I'm still on the hook. Not happy with Hoka company right now.

I have purchased several Hoka's over the las 8 years. You feel the springs in the shoes and there isn't the usual cushiony feel I have gotten with previous shoes.

Foot drop to tall. Flimsy sidewalls. Not cushioned for 175 pounder more like 275 pounder. Cushion is stiff. I'll stick with other brands.

The shoes don't fit as advertised. Also a bit gaudy looking. Probably won't but again.

My first pair is terrific. Super comfortable. So I ordered a second pair that it a bit narrow. Not sure why.

The shoes are quite comfortable, but I doubt they will last long. Not very sturdy. Shoes tend to pronate my feet inward. I can buy better shoes for a lot less.

I believe my 5th pair of Rincons. Comfortable, light and responsive. Next edition needs just a little more heal rubber. When you wear through the heal rubber by 250 miles, the shoe is almost instantly shot. Once you hit the foam it disappears really fast.

Its a light weight with style and is OK for short neighborhood kind of run, however, I wouldnt recommed it for a long run. I got it around 2months back and due to rain, didnt got chance to use it much.
When I had my first 10mile run in it, i felt rough below my toes and thought it may be socks or smth, but I had the same problem today and even got blisters.
I didnt had this problem with my brooks and nike during long run. Since its 2 month, I cant even return it...may be I ll use it for walk.

I've only the shoes for barely 1month, I ran about 3-5 miles a week, and the soles look like it be had them for 6-8 months.
The sole quality is poor. For the price of 115 dollars, I would have expected the shoes to be much more durable.
At this point I am expecting my money back.

Not enough support. Possibly too soft. Want to try 1st recommendation, Clifton Edge.

This shoe, for me, has zero energy return. It also hurts my feet in the inside of my arches nearer my heels.

I loved, loved, loved the original Rincon. Favorite running shoe ever in 20+ years of running, 30+ miles per week. I had a pair in each color. They fit great, with enough room for my toes, and the cushioning was so comfortable. Only downside is they wore out quickly, maybe 200 miles before they were visibly falling apart. Eventually all my pairs got worn down, so went to my local store and tried the Rincon 2. First of all, the toebox felt very narrow, so I could not wear size 10 as I had with the original. The 10.5 felt a little long, but at least it didn't pinch my toes, so I decided to give it a try. Well, after running in it for a few weeks, I am disappointed. The sole feels thinner and stiffer, not cushiony like the original. In particular, there is much less cushioning in the forefoot. I tend to strike with the mid- to forefoot, so after long runs in these I have pain in my first metatarsal head area. The upper just feels stiffer and narrower. I don't know why most shoe companies have to make the shoes so tight in the forefoot. I expect it from the big "lifestyle" brands that aren't really focused on running shoes, and with the original Rincon (my first Hokas), I thought, these guys get it, but now I guess not. Oh well, I will not be buying these again. Back to Brooks...

The rubber soles wore out before I hit 150 miles on them, most my shoes make it to 200-300 before I see any noticeable wear and tear. Also the inside fabric is starting to rip which I have only seen with one other brand before. I was excited to try Hoka's but these shoes made me disappointed. I do like how these shoes look and at first they felt great when I ran but now every time I lace them I feel issues on my tendons which doesn't happen with my other shoes (this may just be my feet, but something to be wary of if you have a past of issues). Also size down, I ordered an 8 like most of my shoes but I had to return them for a half size smaller (my friends all also has this issue).

These new Rincon 2 in Black/White have a blue liner beneath the outer skin and it shows through pretty dramatically in the sunlight. The shoe looks much more blue than black. If you're looking for a black shoe, this isn't it. See the photo of the Rincon 2 next to Black Hoka Ora Recovery Shoe.

I use them at work! High recommended brand by fellow nurses. Standing 10 hours a day in these shoes is painful. I prefer the Danskos

I've run over 500 miles in multiple other Hoka shoes that I've really loved, but I won't make it 60 miles in these. I've developed blisters on the insides of my big toes, which I've never done with any other shoe before. They feel more narrow than the Claytons that were similar and my all time favorite. There is a slight raised edge on the insides of the toe box that rubbed the sides of my toes wrong from the beginning. I appreciated the weight and cushion, and liked the look. Unfortunately, these will be shelved since I'm beyond the return window.

I bought these after doing some research that they were among several shoes recomended for runners over 200 pounds. I bought two pairs so I could allow them to air dry longer and extend their life as I do a walk jog program every day roughly about 5 miles. So after owning them about two weeks I had just finished a workout and I noticed something on the bottom of my shoe. I initially thought that I might have stepped in/on something but when I removed the shoe to remove whatever was on the sole of the shoe I realized that it was the sole of the shoe that was actually coming apart/fraying. So I checked the other pair in my closet an observed they too were showing the same issue of heavily worn/fraying. I track my gear in a fitness app and both pairs had less than 30 miles on them. So for them to both be showing evidence of wear that heavy in less than 30 miles I was pretty sure that I was not going to get 300 miles out of them. I was not aware of Hoka's warranty and they accepted them gladly for refund which was great. But if you are looking for something durable I believe the Rincon 2's sole while super light which was great and very soft which was great cost me the durability it would need to last even a month to six weeks of continuous use. I really liked the fit and comfort of the shoe but again it was not going to last and at this price point I needed it to hold up much better.

The shoes felt good when I first put them on but as soon as I got about 10 mins into my run I started feeling arch, calf pain. Figured I just needed to get used to them but after like the 4th time running in them, it wasn't any better. Just not a good fit for my feet
