Responsive, and no issue with going sockless. My favorite shoe for Triathlons.

Solid race day shoe and even a shoe to use on long runs and tempo runs. Well cushioned and enough spring due to the carbon fiber plate.

Very comfortable. Have been getting my miles in daily with no blisters, toe issues or foot fatigue.

I bought my daughter her first carbon x shoes for cross country and it helped her shave over a minute off her time. Old ones wore worn out so got her some new ones. She use to complain of pain in in back of calf in old brooks but has no pain in these shoes.

Awesome shoes for whatever you're doing. I mainly use them for tempo and long runs. Pending the current health guidelines, I can't wait to use them on race day!

My shoes are just the right amount of support, stability and lightness...I have knee issues and my runs have been so much more comfortable...I won't wear anything else but my Hokas...I have gone thru 5 pairs of Hoka running shoes!!

I ordered a size 10 & at first, I thought they were a little too big, but these are great shoes and the slight extra room near my toes is fabulous for when I'm standing at work all day. Glad I got these because they look pretty sick, too:)

Very comfortable. The only down side is it's essentially a slip-on sneaker, you can't loosen the laces for a wider foot.

Shoes had plenty of toe room and felt true to size. Felt good to get a long run on this pair.

Very comfortable shoe with a lot of cushion and support. A little big in the toe box, but I need that because of orthotics that I put in my shoes.

So far I've run about 32 miles on these shoes, and, after a brief breaking in period, they're everything I hoped for. I'm running more, longer, faster, and more comfortably than I was with my old shoes. My only concern is that I see some minor wear on the sole already. I switched over from Nike Infinity Runs which didn't show a lot of wear, but went flat after about 240 miles. I'm hoping that for the cost these Hokas will last longer.

For long course Duathlon races, one issue is once the get wet they squeak quite a bit. Happened with previous carbon x but it's a small issue.

Short break in time, stable on road. The comfort & response was smooth.Going up small grades & keeping pace on the hills is a big plus.

I use these to teach hydro training on concrete, and for general cardio while teaching fitness classes on wood floors. The cushioning is great, with a forward push in the heel to toe transition. They are slightly wide, but I'm ok with it.

I would have loved, if the middle of the shoe is expanded a little bit, the middle is so narrow for a fat foot like mine, all the same, l still enjoyed it, I only need to adjust my foot once a while to be comfortable. I can not compare it with bundle 5. Any I put on my bundle 5, I am on top of the world. The front toe is wide, the middle is wide, and the white leather is superb and excellent. Thank you Hoka Hoka. Always new.

Runs a little narrow, had to get a 1/2 size bigger than what I usually get with hoka's . Light, great spring response ,carbon plate is a game changer . Not much more cushioning difference that I could tell for a responsive shoe (One of the marketing points)I'll try Nike zoom flynit and compare.

Super stable with a super smooth heel to toe stride. To narrow for me, the upper is very light, this would be a great shoe for me if it came in EE

First, I am disappointed that your shoes for women, for the most part, stop at size 12. I require a 12.5, so moved to the unisex models. 12.5 in this model ended up being too wide, (which is always the case with men's sizing), so instead of sending it back, I added a couple of inserts. This makes for a less than perfect fit, of course. The heel, in particular, gaps. I was hopeful when I discovered Hoka, but alas have yet to find a perfect walking/jogging shoe for a narrow 12.5.

This is my second pair of Hokas. The first pair are a better shoe, better material and more comfortable. The newer pair seem flimsier and do not fit as well. If I had been at a store buying these I would not.

Sent back because they were not wide enough or fit could not get my foot into the shoe
