I've only been wearing them for a short time but I like them. I was wanting to get another color but I don't see then anymore.

I work in the hospital and I do a lot of walking. The shoe is comfortable. The arch is a little too high but it's ok.

This is my 2nd pair of Hokas. My 1st pair was Rincon 2. I bought Torrent 2 because it has more of a hiking tread (whereas Rincon 2 has more of a running/walking tread). It is a different shoe than the Rincon 2. The Torrent 2 has a narrower toe box, isn't as lightweight, and has less cushioning than the Rincon 2. I recommend both styles; I just use them for different purposes.

Best-looking shoes ever. I hope they continue to do well. Everybody at the Podiatrist's office should have a pair of the best shoes!

I wear this shoe every day and for hiking. It fits my foot beautifully, doesn't feel like I'm carrying a shoe around, and let's me retain a sense of my grounding while giving support. It is built and designed really well. I wish I could say the same about the dyes. I just sent a pair back because the toes of the two shoes were different colors, due to the misapplication of dyes. I have a second pair with the same problem, but not as obvious, so I'll probably keep them. The Torrents I bought last year had no such dye problem. I hope Hoka corrects the dye problem, because this is a wonderful shoe in all other respects.

I started off with Torrent, and have now tried Torrent 2 (which has a slightly higher heel back, which I was leery about) and it seems to have the same positive qualities. Sole doesn't bend, which my foot doctor insists on for a recent foot injury. A lot of cushioning, maybe a little more than I would like. Not too high from the ground, so I don't tend to lose my balance, as with the Bondi's. I love the "responsiveness". ONLY WISH that Hoka would come out with at least one more neutral color in this line: maybe a nice black, with grey sole. Maybe Deep Well, but without pink or bright green.
Please HOKA!

I love the fit of the Torrent 2, and have two pairs - one for inside and one for outside. I wish, though, that there were a nice neutral black (without a shocking pink or Caution Green sole). Just missed getting the black with pink last winter/spring and am hoping it will come back this year.

I wear a full arch support insert in these. They aren’t the most comfortable shoes, possibly due to the treads? They are great for hiking or working in the yard but I don’t like wearing them on asphalt.

I personally didn’t like these shoes. Very narrow and half size smaller.

I really loved the look of these, however the toe bed is quite narrow. I do NOT have a wide foot, but definitely would have needed these in a wide width as my pinky toes were rubbing. I ended up exchanging for a different pair altogether.

The torrent 2 is narrower than its predecessor. This would not be a problem if it was offered in a women’s wide (D). I’m a little disappointed because now I have to find another off-road runner with enough cushion for me.

I wanted to like these, but just around the house they have an inward curving momentum. I have a dead-straight, bony, narrow foot, and these are fighting me to be pigeon-toed. My foot's trying to go straight, and they're shoving my gait into an inverse V with a lot of pinkie-rail pressure. I want to take the whole toe box and rotate it a few degrees outward or something.
I didn't bother taking them out.
If you already have a tendency towards pigeon-toeing, these seem well made. I like the colors, kinda bummed.

Nice shoe. I just like the cushion of the Speedboat more. And I felt my foot needed more wodth. I'd recommend it for someone to try it out.

I love the look of these shoes. colors are great. Started out running some trails on the mountain in my back yard and they did pretty good with decent grip. But the trail spits out to a mile and a half on the road coming back up my hill and within a half mile or so of road I was getting blisters on the tips and pads of my toes. I would NOT recommend these for road running. little to no cushion which did not feel great on my feet. I have the Hoka Mach 4s and absolutely LOVE the feel of those for road running. I just need to find a good trail shoe for more rugged terrain.

Adorable shoe, love the color. It is an OK shoe for comfort, but I am used to my Clifton 7s, and I miss the extra cushy comfort. I took out the liner of one of my Cliftons and put it in this shoe and it helps somewhat. It feels stiffer, is harder to put on, having to use a shoe horn, probably because of the longer heel tab on the Cliftons. Heck, I'll wear this shoe and enjoy it, but next time will order another Clifton 7 or 8.

I gave 2 stars for comfort because of the way the shoe rubbed against the sides of my heel. Most shoes have a rounded design around the heel, but these have a square design that hugs. It rubbed and was very painful when I walked. Everything else about the shoe felt great. The cushioning was perfect for someone who wants a little more comfort than minimal but doesn't wanted the extra plush that most Hokas have.
