I am 74 years old and walk 4.5 miles every day. These are my second pair of Hokas the first ones were the one one. This time I bought the Clifton 7, They are even better and have helped my hips not to get stiff. Also NO foot pain with either kind. I love them.

I think these shoes are a welcome addition to my running shoe rotation. I've ran with them on two long-ish runs and really liked their feel. Soft yet responsive.

I needed to replace my Clifton 6's and decided to try the Clifton 7. Fit is true to size and they were comfortable to run in. I didn't notice a significant difference from the Clifton 6's.

I’m grading this based on the Clifton 6. From the 6 to the 7 we lost ALL the arch support. I only buy Hoka for arch support. Clifton 6- perfect. Corrected my plantar fasciitis fast, it was the only reason I was able to walk again after months of being laid up. I’m so angry and sad they took out the arch support but these babies are so flat that things inside of my foot and arch pop if I walk in them. I used them once to sit around the campfire, but I walked barefoot back to my house. Hoka, why do men get neon colors and we poor women are stuck with Easter egg pastels? If you need arch support without the cushion, Arcteryx trail runners are your brand.

I'm on my second pair now. Not because the first one wore out, just because I want them all! I now have a dark blue pair I wear on the road and a white pair I use in the gym where they won't get dirty! The ride is so comfortable with just that extra amount of spring to keep my joints comfy. Sizing runs true, I wear a 9 in "regular" shoes and the 9's are perfect in the Cliftons. The toe box is roomy and there are no seams or weird spots to give me blisters. 10/10 recommend.

I like these so far. My feet are wide across the ball of the foot and narrow at the heel. The way these are made works really well for my feet. I like the fact that the laces stay tied and adjusted throughout my runs with no slipping. I like the fact that these are available in a variety of colors as well. I will buy these again.

I switched from another (very good) running brand and shoe to Hoka a few years ago, and the Clifton's are my go-to and favorite running shoe of all time. Highly recommend, especially for lightweight cushion and neutral plantar fasciitis-prevention support.

I am really big on color and I must admit I buy what I like best of the Cliftons each time but never have I loved a color! I was crossing my fingers for orange or yellow but received the Coral today - wow it's prettier than the pic. My new favs. The fit is the closest to Clifton 5 so far.

Great shoe! I wear a 7 1/2 and had to size down to a size 7. I bought the regular width.

I am usually a 7.5 which I ordered because the reviews said they ran true to size. I had to exchange them for a 7. They fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and have lots of cushioning.

I was hoping the Hoka's were the shoe for me but not so much. I have a mortons neuroma in my right foot and I found the toe box wide and comfortable, but the width around my arch was way too tight and the heel kept slipping. I wear a normal B width and I think a wide would be too wide in the toe box so back they go.

Unfortunately I cant wear these. Ive been wearing Brooks but decided to try Hoka as I read so many good reviews. Its a great looking sneaker and is very cushiony but my feet don’t move with them for some reason. Also very little arch support. They also pinch at the sides even though I got my regular size 8 1/2 wide. Sometimes a shoe can be great but not right for your feet. Think thats the case here. I’m disappointed and they’re not cheap but live and learn. Back to Brooks

This was my first pair of Hoka's and I'm hooked! I've struggled with plantar fasciitis for a couple of years and these shoes have been so helpful in combating that!

I was fitted for these shoes originally at a running store before I purchased on Zappos and also purchased my first pair through the running company. After trying to Clifton 8's, I wanted another pair to rotate as I teach PE. These are amazing, give great arch support, and I HAVE NO LOWER LEG PAIN AFTER TEACHING PE ALL DAY, which was main complaint all last year. I would come home and my legs would be exhausted.

This purchase was an annual replacement of my workout shoes and moving to a wider shoe base. the Clifton is comfortable and after removing the insole, able to fit my orthopedic inserts. My only critique would be to have a loop added to the heel of the shoe for easier donning, the large heel tongue (?) seems a bit excessive.

They are so light and really help with my heel strike. I love them. Yes, these are not the most sexy sneakers, but I have to embrace being 54 and my body's increasing needs. Love them!

Plantar fasciitis relief! I’m a delivery driver so I’m on my feet for 10+ hours a day walking on gravel, stones and asphalt. I step out of my van 130+ times a day, so I need shoes with ample shock absorption. These shoes do the job! They’ve relieved the plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I’ve been dealing with it for about 3 months and have only been wearing the shoes for 3 days. I’m amazed at how quickly a well made shoe can relieve such pain. I hope anyone else suffering from plantar fasciitis has the same positive results!

THESE FEEL JUST AS LIGHT AND COMFORTABLE AS THE CLIFTON 6'S BUT LOOK A TAD MORE STYLISH.. I GENERALLY USE THE CLIFTON AS MY EASY OR RECOVERY RUN SHOE, BUT IT IS ALSO WORKING WELL AS A LONG RUN SHOE. THE FIT IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS, ALTHOUGH I SIZED DOWN HALF A SIZE AS IT RUNS BIG. NO SLIPPING ON THE HEEL OR ANYWHERE ELSE. IT HIUGS MY ARCH LIKE AN OLD FRIEND AND THERES NICE WIGGLE ROOM IN THE TOE BOX. I ALSO GOT A WHITE PAIR AND AM SURPRISED AT HOW BRIGHT THE WHITE IS AFTER RUNNING ON TRAILS, GOLF COURSES AND THE ROADS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR COMFORT - THIS IS WHERE IT IS AT!

The Clifton is a straight ahead, neutral running shoe. Hoka's are lightweight with a low drop and a decently wide toe box. They are my favorite running shoe with lots of cushion, good support but not too much and a smooth ride.

I’m usually a 9.5 wide. After order a few sizes I found the 9 regular to fit me the best. So I would say the regular runs wide and a half size big.

Best feeling shoes I have ever worn. Being a diabetic, shoes aren’t usually comfortable. These are like walking on clouds!
