I am an OGP picker for a retail chain so I spend all day walking. 7-10 miles a day. These shoes are comfortable, but not as much cushion as I would have liked. And I get calluses on my toes if I wear them to long.

My first pair of Hoka were the Arahi first generation. Our of the box these were amazing. I ran my first half marathon in them. Imagine my surprise when I slide on my first Clifton (because the rating was so great, I chose this pair and because I wasn't a fan of the current Arahi 4 colors.) and after about two and a half miles, I start getting a bit of a sting on the side of the ball of my left foot. When I finish, and take off my sneakers, I notice a blister. I haven't gotten a blister on my foot since the last time I wore high heels, which was 2 years ago. I gave these a second chance. After the first blister healed, I slipped them on again and went out for the same 3 mile run. The same thing happened. I'm not sure if it's because there's so much room in the toe box or what, but my foot kept rubbing against the sole, giving me a painful blister. I'm going to have to return them.

loved my shoes but i need to use my insoles for plantar fascitis and the shoes makes an annoying squeeky noise. Removed the sole and it still makes the noise.

Wore this one time but it hurt my arch and heel bad so not gonna wear it anymore, also seems to run big. I Just processed a return for refund, plan to order the Bondi 7 in place of it once I get a refund.

I love the brand. Have bought many pairs. This particular pair is extra high and I am always a bit scared I will trip. The comfort level is perfection!!!

I really wanted to like these shoes! I read a lot about them and had some friends who wear them. I have a very high arch as well as plantar fasciitis and have always worn Asics. I though I'd give these a try. Although they are not uncomfortable, the way the foot sits in the shoe feels like the heel is low and the mid sole is higher to provide a rocking motion. I could not get used to it and felt a lot of pressure in the middle of my foot. I recalled that my podiatrist told me that with a high arch/plantar foot, a bit of higher heel area is more ideal. Oh well - back to Asics.

This was my second pair of Hokas, my first pair was Biondi. I found this style to be less cushion-y and they felt more "stiff" (to me at least). The style was nice, however, and I really liked the color but I will be returning these and ordering another pair of Biondis.

I ordered the 8.5 wide in the Clifton 6 and 7 for comparison and found the 7 model to run slightly more narrow than the 6. I chose to keep the Clifton 6.

I was so excited about these. I read good reviews and had an old pair of Hokas. These did not fit my feet. They felt stiff and shapeless. The arch support was not there. Several miles into my walk, my toes were burning from extra pressure. The heels were perfect. But we don’t walk on our heels. Not enough padding in the front half of these. Considered adding an insole, but already kind of pricey. I’m 54 and doing distance walking for fitness. These may great for someone without high arches.

I love love loved my Clifton 4 and rebought a couple when dropped that style. Now I need to buy. The arch falls in wrong place and all the wides comes in ugly colors. In fact most of the color choices are muddy - btw - lighter/whiter ties make large feet look longer. Please - what wrong with a great and Attractive shoe. This is a return

When first putting on the shoes, they felt nice. They felt like they had a good amount of cushioning without being too much and I feel that they improved my posture and forced me to stand up straight. However, I'm a nurse and I work 12 hour shifts. My feet kill me at the end of the night in these. I've worn them for four shifts to see if it would improve and it's just gotten worse. There is another brand that I have always worn and my feet NEVER hurt at the end of the night. So, even those these are nice shoes, they did not work out for me and will be returned.

I am a fitness instructor of 29 years. I normally love the all my HOKAs. This particular one, the upper potion of the shoe was relatively flimsy. So if I stood wide legged, my foot wanted to slide off the side. Also, I figure out if I wear a 7 or 7.5. I've got both sizes. Sometimes the 7 is too small and sometimes it's just right. Some time the 7.5 is too big and sometime its just right.

The sneakers fit well and are very light which make it easy to wear for a longer period of time than all the other sneakers I have. I don't really feel these are worth so much money, however.

I bought these because they're very trendy and I've heard great things, but unfortunately Clifton 7 did not live up to the hype. For some background: I'm 24 years old and I do a lot of cardio. If you're looking for a good walking shoe, these aren't it. If you're looking for a good running shoe, these ABSOLUTELY are not it. I would take a less fashionable shoe over permanently damaged feet any day. If you do decide to get these, be prepared to invest in some nice insoles!

The left sneaker is slightly defected. My feet slides to the left of shoe. It is not the same comfort as the R sneaker. Plus my left foot hurt after 12hrs at the hospital. So I will return it. The next day,, I wore the 1st Hoka and had no issues.

These shoes hurt my foot so bad I thought I had fractured it. I thought maybe it was my foot so I quit wearing them and then went back to them. They quickly became barn shoes only.

I really liked these when I first got them. Wanted all the extra cushioning I could get. I wanted this specific color to go with a couple of specific outfits, so I have only worn them between 6 and 10 times at the most. When I put them on this last time, they feel like they got a flat tire. Particularly in the left foot. I am so disappointed and so back they go.

I had my bf order Clifton 7 for me for Christmas. It was the one thing I wanted and really needed. Well of course, it doesn't fit right. Inner liner doesn't feel right. Inner outside of foot I feel like an arch. So I'm returning. Completely bummed

I always go up 1/2 for sneakers. Same true for these. Fun color. Super cushy but low arch support so I am returning.

Squeezed my feet. My other Hoka (Rincon style) was much roomier, too roomie so I ordered 1/2 size down. Big mistake. Plus the heel is huge and juts out on this pair of Cliftons. Going back.

This is not good for running if you are over 60 and have any hip or knee issues. They are very cushiony which allows for a lot of instability. This caused me to feel more pain than running in a Brooks Ghost, which is a stability shoe. They are very straight lasted which caused more bunion pain than I care to admit. I wanted to like these, but they are not good for me.

The shoe felt wonderful at first. I walk an average of 5 x a week for 2-3 miles each time. After the 3rd week I could not wear them felt like I was walking on a outline of a shoe print that didn’t match up to my foot. Made the sides of my feet really sore. Got a blister on the bottom part of my heal during the last week.
