So far I am very displeased. My first order had a manufacturer flaw with the tongue of the shoe, so I simply returned it for the same shoe(no big deal, things happen) my 2nd pair fit nothing like the 1st pair, they were tight, rubbed hard on my ankles and squeaked when I walked in them. Im going to hope 3rd times the charm! Ive heard such great things about these shoes

These shoes were comfy at first but by hour three my knee, which I have had no prior issues with, started hurting. These shoes, I have learned, are meant to be custom fitted to your foot before purchase. Will be returning them and getting my money back and sending corporate my ER and orthopedic surgeon bills!

The arch support is too much. Have to find someone to give these away to.

This was not a wide shoe, this is wife's 5th shoe from Hoka, and it's wide. She's tried 5 pairs of different Hoka shoes and I had to return all of them.

I am a frequent Hoka customer and have always loved their shoes. I purchased this pair for my nursing clinicals, as Hokas are the only shoes I can wear without experiencing hip pain. I have consistently worn a size 9.5 in Hoka shoes; however, with this style, both the 9.5 and the 10 were far too small. Since I do not live near a Hoka store, I needed to return the size 10 and reorder a 10.5. Unfortunately, I spoke with three different customer service agents and received three different answers about how to exchange or reorder at the original price. One agent specifically told me I could exchange the size 10 for a larger size, which turned out to be incorrect. In the end, I was unable to get the correct size (10.5) at the price I originally paid, which I find unreasonable. As a result, I returned the shoes and chose not to reorder. For such high quality shoes, I thought the customer service would be higher quality.

My first pair of Bondi SR in white lasted well over a year with daily wear and extremely pleased. Purchased my second pair of the same sneaker in white and the leather started cracking after only 3 months of daily wear. Contacted the warranty department and they said it wasn't a defect. Same style, same company and same use. Not a defect after only 3 months? Extremely disappointed.

I wear them to work. They are the non slip shoes. They hurt my feet so bad, which ended up hurting my bank by time my shift was over and could barely walk. I like the Hoka tennis shoes they ate great, but do not recommend the work shoes. Now I'm out over $200.

I work in healthcare and am pretty obsessed with my hokas. Thought I'd try out these leather ones and so disappointed. They hurt so much I can't wear them, they are seriously the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever owned. These would be so perfect for people in healthcare if they were comfortable!

I bought the shoes because everyone tells me how how comfortable they are. The most uncomfortable shoe I ever put on my feet, they were hard as bricks.

I have foit problems . I have sharco foot . I have no arch any more and my feet get sore . I had a pair of hokas before and they worked but I can only wear 2 shoe and have a specialized boot for my bad no arch foot. and yes I still have to pay the same price to only wear 1. so I go through a hoka shoe in 6 mths after wear down and out . but I need something withmore comfort .cushion. I called the clustered care line which was great and tried the 2 recommendation with no luck . I won't be coming bk . I like my shoe but again need more cushion. and after 2 reviews I read of women having similar issues for different reasons I had high hopes I eould find what im desiring . and they are the only ones that have come close to my needs and a good choice of shoes in black bc my boot is black and I want them to match . i wish the was a company who cared about people like me .

This is the 3rd pair I've purchased. They pinch around the ankles. I need a comfortable pair of shoes that are slip resistant for the kitchen. Very disappointed.

I have ordered from Hoka before and loved my shoes however these weren't the best fit. Was super excited for new work shoes as they were much needed but something about the insoles in these was highly uncomfortable. Ended up with thick calluses in the arch of my foot from them no matter how thick of a sock I wore and ended up taking out the insoles to make it bearable to wear them

My feet start to hurt after a few hours of wearing them. I thought I just needed to break them in but I tried for weeks to no avail. They're extremely narrow which I think is the main problem, they fit good everywhere except the toes, which get squeezed together. So by the end of my work shift my pinky toe feels raw and I get cuts on my other toes from my toe nails being pushed into them. I've been wanting these shoes for a few years now but never wanted to spend the type of money for them so this was extremely disappointing. They're also just really stiff. After the point of finally determining these shoes are not right for me, I did not feel as if they were returnable or exchangeable so now they just sit in my garage.

In my first review I explained the threads broke at the toes not even three months into wearing. HOKA responded saying I should use the 1 year warranty. I tried that. They want you to jump through hoops. I purchased my shoes directly from Hoka and the defective merchandise is on them. I have a full time job, and will not be wasting my hard earned money on another pair.

I bought these cuz I thought that they would be comfortable because everybody is talking about them and I'm on my feet all day and honestly they hurt my feet. I tried to give them a few tries but I absolutely hated them :(

Bondi SR is now the only style that supports the work type shoe, leather upper, non-skid sole. The inside of this shoe is hard as a rock and narrower! My feet have not changed but the Hoka brand has changed! Bondi 6 was the best shoe and reviewed by my podiatrist, who agreed. If he saw this one though, I doubt he would have the same positive remarks. The endless customer service remarks of try another style is just smoke up my wazzu. There are no other styles to try and the work shoe here has gotten worse with every single iteration. The sole and collar are the only improvements, neither effect comfort on the bottom of foot. Very disappointed. The wide base made it stable, that too is narrower. Off to another brand for a work shoe. 10 years!

This shoes are so expensive, because after 5 months always the front part get ripped and you notice it because your fingers get black color, off course because I clean my shoes after work and this is not happening with any other shoes that I buy before. So this brand didn't worth it
