I'm a nurse and on my feet most of the day. I purchased this shoe because my bindi 8 shoes are so comfortable. I wore this shoe for 8 hours and my feet hurt for several days. Is there any way I can return them

Although I measured my foot as instructed, my toes were hitting the toe of the shoe. I generally wear a size 9 with other shoes. So I was surprised that the fit was much smaller. Wondering if I should go up a half size or full size.

The most uncomfortable shoe ever. I bought these because, at the time, I was on my feet moving 9 plus hours a day. These shoes hurt my feet 30 minutes into my day. I ended up giving these shoes away. Never again will I purchase Hokas.

These shoes have killed me. I have tried everything to make them work. There is way too much arch support for me, the arch gave me severe blisters. These cause both my legs hurt so bad it makes me want to cry. I have even tried putting in new insoles. I wanted these to work for me so badly, I need good work shoes to support me but these are just not it. I paid $189 for pain and suffering. So disappointed.

The tongue of these shoes digs into my feet, making them incredibly uncomfortable. Returning the replacements was a huge hassle I even had to call customer service just to get a return label.

I'm a healthcare worker and on my feet all day. I was hoping these shoes would help the end-of-the-day ache. After 7 months, I am going to stop wearing them. I have a high arch. and am neutral. These shoes push my feet into supination. If I wear them for a few days, my pinky toes get sore from being pushed outward. How can a shoe so expensive, be so bad? The only positive is the cushioning. These did help the soles of my feet not be so achy at the end of the day. Overall I am extremely disappointed. I should have returned them long ago.

These might work for some. I bought them for 12 hour shifts on my feet at the hospital. For me they squished my feet and made my feet ache so bad. I have heard amazing things about how comfortable the bondi 8 is, if you need something for long hours working on your feet try those. I feel like I read these are a new and improved Bondi, and in my opinion, they are not comfortable for all day working on your feet in the hospital.

Been wearing Hoka for 7 years. First, Bondi 6 then SR. Bondi SR has never been as good as the Bondi 6. After a couple years of Bondi SR it is no longer meeting expectations. This time around it is causing severe ankle pain on the left. These go back and I am going back to my old pair until I find something else. Really a shame how the quality has continued to decline.

I bought this shoe because of all the adds in hopes that I would get value for my money. I wore this shoe for 1 month thinking, let me give it another chance maybe it just needs to adjust to my feet. It never adjusted and my 30 day warranty was gone. My feet hurt just the same or sometimes even more. I feel like I wasted my money. I wish I could be compensated for this with another shoe a better one or lunar wishful thinking my money back.

I was so excited to receive these shoes but there is nothing soft, plush or cushioned about them at all. They are HARD and my feet HURT. My arches and heels are in a lot of pain and I'm getting blisters on my toes. For how expensive they are this is completely unacceptable. Everyone has been raving about these shoes for years, but now it's pretty clear from all the reviews that the company has cut corners by using new sub-par materials that are not comfortable at all. I'm sure the shareholders and CEOs don't care because they're still getting rich. Shame on you, Hoka! Total waste of money.

The only reason why I was forced to purchase these shoes was because I was looking for a wide fitting. I did not want to return this product because I have previously returned some hiking boots that were too narrow for my feet and we're hurting, but I am really just unhappy with these shoes, not only did they make my feet smell but they are not very sturdy as in they feel cheap and look ruined once they got wet for them being almost $200 not worth it I'm disappointed because I love the hiking boots but these bondi sr are not good quality for what I do (service industry) I will be returning them today and won't be exchanging.

First off, I work 8-10 hour shifts with plantar fasciitis so my feet are always in pain. I saw all the reviews for these and thought they were the solution. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. They felt unbelievably heavy to walk in and my feet were sweating from a ten minute walk. Not only were these heavy but there was a bump right where the curve of your foot is and it ended up causing me more pain. I had to return them. This was my first purchase from Hoka but I am willing to give it another shot.

The leather does not break in and the tongue cuts into my ankle. I have been trying to break them in for about a week, wearing them daily.

I purchased a pair of Bondi 8's last year and fell in love. I'm on my feet all day long and they were so plush and comfy, with this bouncy, propelling step! The pain from my planter fasciitis went away without the need of an additional insole and it was great. So this year when it was time to get a new pair, I saw these and thought they would have the same fit and feel, they don't. There is arch support, but the insole is much firmer and there is no bouncy step.

I have to share a bit about my experience with Hoka shoes. At first, these shoes were a dream come true. They were so comfy that I not only got a pair for myself but also went out of my way to buy them as gifts for my family and friends, raving about how great they were. In fact, over the last three years, I've eventually purchased at least over 10 pairs, which speaks volumes about my belief in and support for the brand. I didn't wear them all the timejust here and there, maybe once or twice a month. So, imagine my surprise when, after a year, as soon as the seasons changed and I decided to take them out for a spin, the shoes came apart. This was the last thing I expected, especially since I had taken such good care of them and really hadn't worn them that much. Now, here's the kicker: I found out I couldn't even claim the warranty because it had been over a year. Honestly, for shoes that cost as much as these did, you wouldn't expect them to start falling apart so soon, right? I truly hope Hoka sees this as constructive feedback. I would love to continue supporting a brand that stands by the quality of its products, reflecting the good name it has built. It's important for me, and likely for other customers, to see that they can stand on their quality for a good brand name. After all, my commitment over the past three yearspurchasing at least over 10 pairsdemonstrates my trust in their quality, a trust I'd love to see justified moving forward.

i work in healthcare, on my feet for 12 hours or more a day when i work and these shoes rubbed my feet and hurt the bottoms of my feet so bad. i've never had a shoe to do this before and this is my regular size, they fit amazing but if you're on your feet as much as i am, be aware. felt like they had no cushion in them at all after a couple hours my feet started hurting.
