I was surprised that it was much more heavier and bulky compared to the other Hoka shoes I've purchased in the past. Not what I was expecting.

I have worn your Bondi 8 for over 3 years (3 pairs total) and loved them dearly. Perfect cushion, fit, angle, and all else wonderful. They are what got me on my feet after breaking both feet over 3 years ago. So, I assumed the Bondi SR would be as pleasing. It is not for me. The leather is too rigid and bangs against my ankles all around. The shoe is heavy, clunky to walk in, not as cushioned as the 8, and of all things, the shoelaces keep coming untied! I checked and the laces are not the same as the 8. This shoe was not meant for me! I will keep wearing the 8, however!

I wore these shoes for one shift (warehouse shift) and my feet, back, knees, and ankles are in worse pain than any shift I've worked. I have huge blisters on my feet where the bottom arch was digging into my foot (they were correct size and fit). I absolutely would never recommend these and can't believe I spent almost $200 for this. Returning and going back to Clove.

I see my previous review was deleted. I brought these in size 7 (I'm size 6 but sized up one size for compression socks and feet expansion throughout the day). They fit well and my toes didn't hit the edge even as the shift went on. I wore these for three 12 shifts (with shoe protectors on) and the tongue keep digging into my ankles. And my feet/knees were still sore, even on night shift! These are also very bulky and heavy. I returned them

I was too excited to finally replace my two clifton 9 since it's overused - wear and tear. I wanted to try SR as it's water resistant as advertised. I opened the box and tried it on. I can barely untie the shoelace, the materials are hard for me. I still tried it on nevertheless and walked few steps inside my house. Definitely not the same feeling with Clifton which makes the whole image and vision of Hoka, fly human fly. I sat on my chair started working while wearing SR and less than 30 mins, I feel knee pain so I took it off and made a replacement order online. Until now I'm still in pain for just trying this on. If you have sensitive feet or legs of wearing heavy shoes, refrain from trying bondi SR. It's heavy for my legs and knees.

I'm a fanatic of HOKA shoes but this Bondi SR hurt my feet too much. I am no able to wear it more than 3 times since I hot it in May/24 Of If I wear them, maybe walk to the store or grecerie store and I have to go back home to change my shoes. I did not returned them because I thought they may need to break off But no, Finally I decide do not wear them. Very expensive Money wasted.

Not comfortable at all. Almost $200 for work shoes that I'll not wear. Pressure on toes, lack of heel cushion. Not impressed after all the hype.

I purchased these shoes in September: size 8-1/2 medium width...just like all the other times I've ordered them. The shoes that arrived were size 8-1/2 wide width. I gave them to a friend who wears that shoe size. And I re-ordered in October. Yet again, the size shipped to me was 8-1/2 wide width. I threw them out. Not buying from the vendor again.

Not the shoes for me. I was looking forward to great shoes. But these shoes were the opposite. The shoe material is too hard n the back of my heel hurts more.

Looks can be deceiving -This applies to this shoe. Overall loved the fact that it is leather and water resistant. Liked the shoe treads, anti-slip feature. Once I put them on my feet, OMG stiff as a board HARD soles! Even when I purchased gel inserts to replace the sole, still HARD and stiff. Walked in them, my feet were in so much pain! Worse than walking in high 3” inch heels on hardwood floor/cement floors for 2-4 hours. My feet hurt so much and the pain it created to an already injured foot, is not worth the $200 price tag (after taxes). I personally would not recommend Hoka, it was my Podiatrist who ordered me to wear this brand or have my foot in a cast for a month. Neither sound appealing and I guess I’m going to have to live with the pain that occurs across the top of my foot that shoots up my leg than be in more paid and out of $200. Definitely do not recommend at all!

First time wearing them stand about 3 hours working at the Deli my feet is so hurt, I thought maybe because it's brand new, Now it's been two weeks wearing them every day and I feel so terrible everyday this shoes is not comfortable at all, I thought the reviews are accurate because some people said it's the best and comfortable shoes specially for kitchen and standing for a long time. I think my old rubber shoes is more comfy and never hurt my feet than this one and I pay almost $200 for this, it's dirty and I used it already and I don't know if I can still return this.Im just telling the true reviews and I'm not lying.

I bought these for work, I'm a manager at a restaurant and we are required to wear non slip shoes. I love HOKA shoes and I thought I couldn't go wrong with these but they HURT my feet, made my legs, hips and back hurt after wearing them for a week. I had to return them. I was so upset that they didn't work

I purchased the Non Slip Bondi SR for work as I have horrible feet issues and these have been the most comfortable. However, I've only had them for a year & half and the right side of my shoe has completely came apart. I'm returning the shoes in hope for the right thing to be done and issue a refund.

This is my third pair of Hoka Bondi SR and they are different. They changed the materials or something. Because these sneakers are painful and miserable. I know they're not the same because in the past I would not have been able to keep these shoes twice. I've tried a couple different pairs thinking maybe I got a defective pair. So that has been ruled out. Hoka associates swear they have no idea what I'm talking about when I say these are different. The best thing about them now is the just slip resistance. These have the best slip resistance of any shoe I've ever tried. Please please make these more comfortable.Tthey're like walking on a concrete slab. So bummed, I dont know what to buy now.

I bought these for my mom who works in a commercial kitchen as a new alternative non-slip work shoe, i was impressed with all of their other shoes so this in my mind made perfect sense. However within the first couple weeks of owning them she slipped, TWICE! Once she fell so hard she hit her head! I appreciate this brands shoes but these do not function as advertised, they are not slip resistant at all. I am very disappointed and will be looking to another brand of shoes in the future.

I bought the Bondi SR for restaurant work - we are on our feet all shift and I walk minimum 15,000-17,000 steps a day. I had to stop wearing them due to excessive pain. The top of my foot rubs against the tongue of the shoe. And the back of the ankle became so sore I was limping. I bought a wide width. Now I switched back to the regular Bondi 8 and I walk with no pain and my feet are not in agony at the end of my day.

I have had these shoes for 2 years now and only wear them a couple times a year for my nursing school clinical rotation. The back of the shoe where the shoe meets the back of my heel has a piece of metal in it that is bending in towards my heel and scrapes my skin off giving me blisters every time I wear them. The condition on the outside is almost brand new given they are very lightly used. These are not worth the price at all. I tried calling customer service and she told me to look it up on google.

I started wearing these shoes after I had surgery and begin to experience pain at the bottom of my foot. Turns out that the shoe was causing one of the tendons to hurt. The shoe is definitely not for me.

I tried purchasing from hoka seven different times with multiple different cards, shipping addresses, and billing addresses that are all valid and have never had any problems. When buying from this horrible company however, they were processed and then cancelled seven different times. Don't waste your time trying to buy from here and especially don't if you need to rely on this company to hold up their end of the purchase before a specific day.
