These shoes feel great without any break in time. I ran 6 miles as soon as I got them and they were perfect. Will order another pair so I have them to switch to when I have worn these out.

I have another pair of Altra's that are wearing out. They are pretty much my garden shoes now. My doctor always comments me on them too because I have Morton's neuromas in both feet and the wide toe box is truly a foot saver!!! Love them

I have a bad back and I use them when I am on my feet for long periods of time.

Perfect width, perfect support, perfect shoe.

I'm on my third pair of Escalantes. The 0 drop has been great for reducing back and hip pain. I have narrow feet but also thin from top to bottom, and I can lace these for a nice snug fit. With socks I find I prefer a half size up. They are a staple for me.

Perfect shoe for shirt or long distances. Very comfortable.

I wear 8.5-9.5 in other companies based on how much I have to size up for width or not, so I ordered a 9 to be safe. Probably could've gone with the 8.5 but these fit just fine too. I can use them on my long runs and hills with no issues. Part of my run is on concrete, unavoidable, and I've found no lack of comfort in these shoes. Doesn't feel any different than any other surface. Width is plenty, and I have very wide feet along the pad and very narrow the rest. The shoe fits the shape of my foot exactly. Finally I have a zero drop shoe I can wear and love.

These feel true to my very wide forefoot, so if you don't have wide feet you may find them roomy. I tried the Rivera, and they have lovely cushion that I adore but they are too narrow in the forefoot. So I'm sticking with the Escalante.

These are my new work shoes, and I get more than 10K steps per shift as a nurse. I used to have to wear Wides in other brands but then the heel would be too big. These shoes fit perfectly

Altra shoes were recommended by my physical therapist as I recovered from an injury. When the first pair needed to be replaced I thought I'd return to traditional running shoes so I tried all the options at the local shoe store, but nothing compared to the unique fit and feel of Altras. I use them for walking. Love the fit and the feel!

I use this shoe for Crossfit and absolutely love it. It has zero drop so it works well for the varied movements of weightlifting, running and jumping that come with a WOD. great shoe!

My toes used to fall asleep while working out before I found Altras. I have three different Altra shoes at this point but these Escalantes are my favorite for my activities (I dance, kickbox, lift, and run), and these shoes keep my feet comfortable the whole time!

These shoes are so comfy! I use them mostly for walking (I live in Brooklyn and like to go on long walks after work) and these are perfect. Super light weight, comfy, and great everyday shoes. True to size. I would def recommend these to a friend.

I always struggle to find shoes I love with wearing them 12+ hours a day, and these are the best investment I've ever made!

I've been using these for running and walking for about a month, and I love them. Good cushion, good space to stretch the toes out, super flexible. My favorite running shoes ever. And they don't make my ankle socks fall down. :)

This is my third pair of Altra's and I absolutely love them! I've been running 5 miles a day for about five years now and these have been my favorite sneakers so far. They are perfect for road running! I love my Altra's!

This is my 1st pair of shoes from Altra and I absolutely love them! They are light at a feather, I love the bright corral color and the toe box has plenty of space.

These shoes are very comfortable, great for working out or just wearing as cute, comfy shoes when you're out for the day.

These were the first pair of Altra's I purchased. I loved them so much I have now bought 8 pair (different kinds). I have also bought my husband 2 pair and they are becoming his favorite. I have extremely flat feet and there's are amazing. Try the Torin 4!
