My husband wears these daily all through winter. We just bought more in black for work. The old ones are in practically the same condition as the new ones. They hold up so well and are so warm. He loves them!

Best long underwear out there according to my husband who I bought them for as a Christmas present. He had a pair in dark blue bottoms and top that he wore for years and definitely needed new ones!

I bought it as a Christmas present for two people and they both have told me it was well worth the money. The only thing I would like to change would be the price.

Worm and soft.

We have purchased this same Smartwool baselayer set for an entire family every single year (when someone outgrows theirs) because they are the GOAT baselayers. They keep you warm without smothering you. It's like a warm hug on a cold winter's day. No sweating just solid warmth. Great for skiing or just a day in the cooler weather. Highly recommend to all.

I wore this as a part of a series of layers under my drysuit during SAR missions. Additionally, I wore this when flying commercially as a second layer over a merino wool t shirtlayers again. The pattern to the shirt and solid color variations allow for flexibility to use this instead of a button up shirt with jeans. Tempted to order a few more.

This base layer top is excellent. It fits true to size and feels incredibly soft against the skin with zero itch. The merino wool provides great warmth without feeling bulky, making it perfect for cold days or layering under other pieces. It's comfortable enough to wear all day and regulates temperature really well. Highly recommend for both everyday wear and outdoor activities.

Always been a cotton or cotton-poly blend Henley under-layer wearer til now. This changed everything. Significantly warmer than cotton. Didn't get hot and sweaty while shoveling and cold and damp afterwards. Definitely wicks moisture better than cotton or cotton-poly blends. If this holds up to wear and washing I'll be buying several more in the future.

I use these under layers for skiing. Perfect fit and they keep me comfortably warm.

It's warm when you are outside but you don't get too hot indoors.

Love the soft feel and sustainable nature of natural fibers. Bought it for a trip to Europe in the damp, cold winter. It lived up to expectations.

I work as a tree climber in all weather conditions on the rainy side of Oregon and Washington. I use this and other merino wool layers to prevent hypothermia on wet days.

I normally use this product when I go skiing. However, I recently used it while I was exercising on a cold day. I believe it is the perfect base layer for any activity especially on a cold day. It works so well at keeping my body warm and wicking the sweat. I also use the bottoms in conjunction with the top. The only recommendation i have for Smartwool is to offer more colors. I like the purple or plum color in this top. I would love to see this color offered in more tops and bottoms. Another recommendation is for Smartwool to offer a way for customers to vote on their website on which colors customers would like to see more of.
