I really dislike the changes to the shoulder design. The seamlines are now unbecoming and the armpits are saggy. Would you please go back to the old design?

This was too big so I sent it back and wanted to exchange for a XS but have not received it yet.

Don't be surprised like I was: the Moonbeam Heather is not WHITE! Rather, it is a dirty looking greige with faint pink and turquoise heathering throughout. NOT what I was looking for. When it's difficult to provide an accurate display of the color in full garment view, please provide a close-up, zoomed in view of a fabric sample!

Cute and warm, but very itchy, so I’m returning. The 250 base layer leggings don’t bother me—-I have even slept in the merino smart wool leggings and have two pairs. However, I could barely get through a 20 minute walk with the shirt. I took it off immediately.

I have been buying Smartwool products for many years. I love the merlino wool 250 base layers--I have worn out a couple but still own a dozen--I really live in them from fall through spring. My newest two I purchased was the crew neck style in Desert Orchid Heather and the zip neck style in Canyon Rose. The structural design has been changed with new raglan style shoulders--no more shoulder seams and full armholes. The result is the garment does not hold its shape. It becomes baggy and unflattering. I hope the older ones I have continue to wear as beautifully as they have because I won't be buying any more new ones. So sad to see a great product go down the "let's cut the production cost" road.
