I ordered these expecting them to be too narrow (I have a wide foot) and was surprised when they fit. I was looking for more of a crosstrainer shoe for the gym. This is the shoe that On makes for that purpose. It has a nice wide heel with decent cushioning. What I am finding, however, is that the arch support is not adequate. If you need arch support, that may not be ideal. I will likely replace these with a different On shoe with better arch support.

I have wanted to try these for awhile. They were not a good fit for me. The arch was too high and they just felt strange. I ended up returning them.

Wrong color arrived and the fit is snug. Sending back. Not as comfortable as everyone raved.

This is my fourth pair of Cloud X, but the first in the new style. These are wider and bulkier. I loved the previous version, this one, not so much. I will not purchase another of this version.

Almost all the shoe was perfect and super comfortable except the tongue and collar dug into my ankle. Very sad - returned. Got the Altra Torin instead. Very happy!

Pretty lavender color sneakers, but very oddly wide at toe box making the foot look splayed. Also a bit longer than expected.

This is a great looking, very stylish, very flattering flat. Unfortunately, however, the fabrication feels very plastic-y, so I question whether the foot would stick in warm weather. Also, the shoe is absolutely, totally flat - no support at all. But so very cute, it hurt to send them back.

These shoes are very light and look nice, but the cut coming back to the ankle is too flat. It doesn’t dip below my ankle and rubbed too much to keep them. I’m short, so maybe this would be ok on a taller person.

it appears on cloud runs a 1/2 size larger. keep in mind they use Euro sizing, if I had seen that I would have ordered an 8 1/2 instead of a 9 - what I normally wear. but then you never know till you try them on. otherwise a great shoe. Returned for a 8 1/2.

Ordered my normal size, sizing fits great. They hit my ankle, and rub causing blisters. They are cute shoes but I will stick with my Brooks for running.

The problem with the shoes is that I was sent a 9.5 W when I ordered a 9.5 normal/regular width. It’s a hassle to send back and wait, so I’m just keeping them and tying shoes tight.

These were very lightweight and not supportive enough for me. I purchased the Cloudflyer and found them to be much more supportive.

I really wanted to like these! I had heard such good things (like your feet were walking on clouds). Unfortunately, the balls of my feet hurt while walking or running and I felt like there was not adequate support. There was great heal support but the balls of my feet felt flat and did not get the cushion I was hoping for. Good looking shoe, however it is not the running shoe I was hoping for. Not much support coming down while on a run.

The fit was ok but they weren’t comfortable for my feet. I wanted to love them so bad but they hurt more then felt good. I am ? sorry

The overall style of the shoe is great. The material for the top of the shoe is great. The arch support, however, is not great. The shoe is very flat and firm. It felt similar to walking on concrete for most of the day. My left foot had a cramp for most of my 13 hour shift. It’s a real shame because I had high hopes! Maybe this will help you. For flat feet...these are a maybe. But you would also need to like shoes on the firm side.

I typically wear New Balance but wanted to give these a try. These were stiff and uncomfortable. Switching back to something with more cushion.

I was hoping for a wonderful fit and feel, but I just didn't feel they hype. For me, these On Cloud X were clunky and lacked support. I put in my orthotics and it didn't help so back they go. I liked how they looked, however.

Just want to say how disappointed I was in these shoes. I wanted them to work because I loved the style! I ordered 4 pairs to try on and compare - this pair, and 3 different pairs of Brooks. I was skeptical because of other reviews and sure enough, you all were right. The shoe has no arch support at all. Even looking down into the shoe there appears to be no insole, just a flat base. Sure, these would work fine if you add a different insole, but it seems like such a low lift for them to add slightly more structure and support to the interior of this shoe. If you're looking for a sporty shoe for just walking around or running errands, these might do the trick, but if you're trying to run any distance at all, don't bother. For the record, all three pairs of Brooks worked great regardless of model.

I really really wanted to love these sneakers. They look great, but they just didn't feel as comfortable as I was expecting. Maybe it's just my feet are wide.

I really liked this shoe when I first started wearing them. I wear them for weight lifting & circuit training, usually 3-4 times a week. They work really well but for the price, I feel like they’re wearing out too quickly. I’ve had them a little over 3 months now & they’re starting to make my feet hurt (which disappointed me greatly). I won’t buy this shoe again. I feel like the cushioning shouldn’t be wearing out so quickly for the price. I know the cloud x isn’t supposed to be super cushioned but between when I first got them & now, there’s not much support left. Very very disappointed. Thinking about getting nike metcon, Reebok nano, or nobull next time for training. The cloud x just isn’t for me :(

These are disappointing after my first pair was Cloudswift. I miss the extra cushion and support for my arch. I do love the color scheme.

had another pair like these that I loved. I have hardly worn these. There is something about them I don't like. They are not as comfortable.

The quality is poor compared to my previous pair of On clouds. While the comfort has been helpful for my plantar fasciitis, the soul has begun to separate. Less than a year later, I’m searching for another shoe that will hopefully last!
