Just not enough support for knee stability.

Love On running shoes, this happens to be my 4th pair. However, on the new version of the cloud X the laces do not stay tied when running. Even double knotted. I constantly have to stop and tie.

These are great trainers! I usually do HIIT and these have good lateral support for that type of workout. I added an arch support, which I usually do — I have high arches. I wish the laces were easier to tie under for a slip on fit, I have to tie these every time and tie on top. I also have a narrower foot, so I like my shoe to fit pretty snugly. Overall, I would recommend these shoes for cross training. I definitely will not run in them, but I think you could do a short distance in them.

Loved everything about this shoe except the padding, for being catergorized as a running shoe the padding felt very slim and it wasn't as confortable as I would expect for this brand and cost.

The left shoe did not fit right the back heel rubbed blisters on my foot it just never fit right

On cloud X is not that soft and comfortable as other on cloud ones are.

The fit was great. I've had my shoes for 1 year and 4 months, but about 3 1/2 months ago, almost less than a year the right shoe got a hole in the big toe area. It's a little embarrassing but the shoes are so comfortable that I keep wearing them. I wanted to return them, but I wasn't sure I could until now :-(

cute but not so comfy. Kind of like the stitching rubbed against your foot.

I like the way they look although the light color gets dirty fast. The forefoot and heal of the shoe wear down very fast. I only use them for walking / traveling and have multiple sneaker options. Kind of disappointed how fast they wear-out considering the price.

Love how lightweight they are but not nearly as comfortable as I had heard. The ankle part is quite stiff and hasn’t really softened up over time & the thin laces come untied all of the time. Good enough but I wouldn’t buy them again.

Love the fit, love the style - but they don’t work for CrossFit workouts - coming down the rope complexly shredded the arch support area on the outside sole.

When I first got these, I was in love; however, over a short period of time, they became so stretched out to the point that my toes would slide around in the toe box. Again, this is not how they fit in the first month. I would wear them 3-4 times per week for 45 minute workout sessions. So roughly, less than 20 times of wear and they stretched out. Also, some of the threading around the tongue became frayed and unraveled.

Plenty of gym shoes out there more comfortable than these. I have pain in the balls of my feet when I wear them. Wouldn’t buy again. Just seems like a trendy shoe

this shoe is very comfortable EXCEPT the side cut rubbed my ankle even with thicker socks. What a shame as I really liked how they looked too.

They’re very thin. Not as cushy as expected. Got a blister after wearing them.

I ordered a 1/2 size up to accomodate for my wide foot. I wanted to like these so much. They are perfect in terms of size and comfort except for the top of the shoe rubbing against the outer side of my ankle. I won't be able to run or train in these shoes without putting bandaids over the area so its a no go for me. Besides that they are super comfortable.

I'm a true size 9 and I couldn't even fit a 10 comfortably. Runs very narrow.

Very very narrow. I am a true 9 and couldn't even fit a size 10. There is no give at the laces so if you have a wide foot most likely won't work for you. Bummer because I really wanted the show to work.

Loved the look and the arch support but flimsy stiff opening that rubbed against my ankle bone constantly no matter what socks I wore.

Super cute shoe, but had to return because they are cut too high and rub against my outside ankle bone.

I've had my eye on the On Cloud 5 and X for a while. I decided to purchase the Cloud X for gym workouts. I like the modern, clean, look of the shoe. My problem lies with the fit. The Cloud style doesn't accommodate my long toes. My big toes touched the top of the shoe box and I hoped for my cushioning and arch support in the foot bed. Otherwise, I would have kept them. I tried on a size 9 in a shoe store and it was too large in the heel.

The look is great, but it didn’t give me the support I need for working out.

Instep was tight. I would order up 1/2 size

I really loved the color and look of this shoe but the toe box area was very wide. I ordered a medium width--it fit fine everywhere but the toe box. Otherwise it was great. Just couldn't pay that price and not have it fit.
