I like the wider and more square look of the toe box. They are very comfortable and lightweight.

This style On cloud just wasn’t as cushy as the on cloud 2 for my feet which are 60 Yrs old and have planter Fibromas . . So returning and getting oncloud2.

Great except one of the shoe laces is torn. Can I get a replacement for the shoelaces in almond?

Didn't offer much support for running trails. Switched back to the Cloudflyer series and had better results

I’m new to cloud x shoes. I went to local store, but they were out of all the colors except black. The body of the shoe seams like an eggshell to me, but I need serious shock absorption to allow me to continue an athletic lifestyle. That performance is yet to be determined after one-day

After a couple of uses I think they are 1/2 size larger than what I need. Love style !!!

Please make the Oncloud in a size bigger than 11 for women!!!!!! With my orthotic in the shoe, the 11 is too small.

I have the most obnoxiously sensitive feet; no matter the style, material, brand, etc, my feet with find a way to hurt or blister. The On Cloud X were perfect right out of the box. As in, took them out of the box and walked 400 feet uphill and down, 4 miles on concrete and asphalt in the Arizona heat perfect. So perfect I purchased 2 additional pair in other colors. Many miles later, not a blister, sore spot or anything about the fit, gait or wear has bothered my picky feet. Took one star off for the tiniest detail; rocks are easily caught in the bottom tread. However, they are just as easy to quickly dislodge. I can wear an 8.5 or 9 depending on the shoe, have a medium to narrow width and prefer a wider toe box. Size 9 was perfect.

the heel was too wide

Even though I sized up by half, the shoe is not comfortable because back of the shoe is hard and hits at an awkward place above the heel and near the ankle.

this will be my first full day wearing them. I have always liked ASICS but the toe box seems to have gotten too narrow. My clouds are comfortable with a more rounded toe box. I love the feel. I will be a new cloud person now!!

So far so good with these new shoes. My dog ate the Asics (true story) I've been wearing and I decided to try something new. I have used them for my HIIT class twice. Good support for jumping and for the tread. Not sure I think they feel like a cloud, but close enough!

The material, colors are excellent and this is a sleek and supportive shoe, but the size is half size small and tough to get the foot in. My feet are size 5.5-6/36.

OH I wanted to LOVE these, but I couldn’t. The footbed is seriously the most comfortable thing on earth. But it came up too high around the ankle and the material is stiff, so it just rubbed. My heart is sad.

I’m a size 7 with a narrow foot. These shoes felt wider than expected. For the price point, my Nike shoes fit better and cost less. It’s a nice looking running shoe but it’s not made for narrow feet.

I’m sad that these sneakers hurt my ankles. They were cut to high on the sides and were uncomfortable

Half size too big and very wide. Other than that the shoes are very comfortable except they're rubbing my ankle so I had to return them. Wish they had it lower cut in the ankle area.

I own a pair of Cloudflow model and they are the most comfy sneakers, ever. I wanted to have them in black on black, but there weren’t available. I assumed that I’d love Cloud X just as much. Although, the fit size-wise was great, the shoe comes a tiny bit too high at my ankle and rubs uncomfortably against the side bones. Sadly, I had to return them. If you wear thick crew socks, you might not have this problem. Otherwise, these are really nice shoes.

I did not try these shoes on as I saw too much flex in the sole and specifically the heel. I need more stability and going with Hoka and their Clifton model.

I usually always go up a 1/2 size in a sneaker, I am a 9.5 . I was leery about not ordering a 10 but after reading the reviews decided to order my usual size. The 9.5 fit perfectly and these are very light and comfortable. There is not a huge cushion (memory foam) that most sneakers are using now but these have some arch support and a wide toe box area. I am very happy with the fit and style.

Great Looking shoe but if you wear an orthotic it is very uncomfortable as gets tight in upper arch area. Very hard back which would definitely scrape ankle

I have been wearing the Cloud X for my nightly 3-5 mile walks for a few years now and this was my 4th pair. While I still prefer this style to any other I’ve tried from On they have changed the design of the Cloud X to have a wide base (more tread surface) and higher sides around the ankle. The wider base is actually not a problem (though when I use these for a quick HIIT workout before walking I need to be more aware of the sides not catching on the ground when my feet are at any sort of angle) but I’m not thrilled with the sides of the shoe itself occasionally striking around my ankle bones. Seems like it’s going to be an adjustment period, but that was never the case in the 3 pairs before this and it is a bit disappointing. Hopefully an unseen change is that these won’t wear out as quickly on the inside heels or the tread as past versions, which was my only gripe before now.

Disappointed they didn’t have any arch support. Had to use a pro step insole.
