I Loved the fit, size, and look of these shoes! What I didnt like was that I had them less than a year and only wore them for work and the toes wore out so quickly! For the price, I feel they should have been more durable.

Too small for me, returning them. I do love ON shoes, I’ll be finding more.

People swear these are life changing. Meh. I expected more. I haven’t even attempted to run in these bc just being “out and about” the collar cuts into my ankles and heel.

I’ve tried On before and thought I’d try these because they were very light weight. These are nowhere as supportive as my precious pair. They also rubbed the back of my ankle raw. Such a downer I can’t return them now.

Comfortable but not cushiony enough. I think after wearing for a few hours they'd be painful.

I wanted to love these shoes because they are comfortable and I need a good cross trainer but like others mentioned, they are cut too high and rub on my ankle.

Very tight but light. Didn’t fit so I have to return. I’m afraid my feet would fall asleep because it was tight in areas where I don’t usually have any issues.

they didn't fit what is my true size, and the quality was poor, especially the bottom of the sole pieces.

Not much padding under front area of foot.

This particular shoe compared to the cloud 5 seemed wider & larger. For me, this style was not true to size.

These shoes were incredibly uncomfortable. Very little cushioning in the heel, and too narrow in the toe box.

I have two other pairs of On Clouds and I absolutely love them. This pair, however, was cut differently (much higher) and dug into my ankles. Had to return.

cut high around top - rubbed my ankles VERY uncomfortable - my feet hurt after a 4.21 mile walk

This was my first time trying the Swift. I sent them back because they rubbed at the ankles - they have no padding there at all. For years, I’ve been wearing the cloud flyer as well as the regular cloud, and they’re both great. the swift was just painful- definitely not working for me. Footbed was great, as usual, just lacked padding at the “cuff”. I returned swift and ordered the much better flyer.

I really liked the “cloud” design on the bottom but it’s misleading. It offered zero cushion. Maybe I’m too used to Nike Air Pegasus & Air Zoom for running but I thought the “cushion” was ON’s entire branding strategy?! Zero cushion and zero arch support for me led to returning them!

There is no arch or heel support. Considering the cost of this show I was expecting more comfort. Definitely would not buy!

Not enough cushion.

I don't usually get blisters from shoes, and especially athletic shoes, but these shoes managed to do so. They are really cute so I gave 5 stars for the style, but I had to return them. It could be that this particular style did not work for me. I may try the same brand but a different model at some point.

These shoes were very uncomfortable. They were stiff and had so support. The arch support was very mediocre at best. I returned them and will stick to Brooks in the future.

The heel part cuts into my feet. So have to return them. Comparing to ASICS's thick cushion at the heel, these shoes are not ideal. Need to wear thick socks.

Not fitting right

Overhyped. Overpriced. Returned them.
