Love the casual style of these booties-cuter than sneakers, but less dressy than other booties. Great quality, but would love even more cushioning in insole for those times when you're on your feet all day. Had to go up a full size (no 10.5 available).

Have these in grey. Ordered the black in same size; arrived and are in a "faux" leather material (unlike the soft fabric of the grey ones). Very stiff, not sure they will soften with time and wear. Can you advise so i can determine whether to return? They took nearly 2 weeks to arrive so I don't want to re-order.

They are comfy but they run a little narrow. I can only wear these for amount of time.

When I first bought these shoes two years ago I absolutely LOVED them! They were the most comfortable shoes I owned! I couldn't wait to buy another pair recently, but when they arrived I was really disappointed. They've changed the design, and so they're not nearly as comfortable, not as padded, and they seem a lot tighter and more narrow than the previous design. (I realize it's hard to compare new shoes to worn-in favorites, but this new design is just not as good.). I get compliments all the time on how they look, but I don't think I could wear these shoes for more than an hour or two on my feet.

I want to love these shoes so much. I actually love most every thing except for the fit. I order this pair in 10 which is my usual size but I often need to go with a 10.5 depending on the cut of the shoe. Also, my right foot is slightly larger. Even still it felt like these fit small for a 10 so I could not even pretend like they fit. I would not be able to wear a footie, or sock with them and that is not good. The style is great. Can not speak to the comfort as I did not get a change to wear-wear them.

I like the look but I guess I'm in between sizes. The 7-1/2 is a tad too big but I think a 7 would be too small. I'll try socks with them but not sure that's the look I want.

Ugh! I really wanted to love these. I was looking for a cute shoe that I could spend the day shopping or a full day sightseeing in the city. I wore them for 3 hours at a museum and couldn't wait to take them off. They do fit true to size. I do feel like they are more for a narrow foot. I like the way they looked with my jeans and leggings. They'd be okay for an hour but not a full day of walking.

So cute but run small. I'm in between a 9.5 and 10. I got a 10 but need the size 11.

I love the style, however they hurt my feet. They run a bit snug and make my feet start to tingle. I am hoping they will stretch as i wear them but I can not wear all day!

I was so excited for these to arrive, but I couldn't even wear them around the house. They hit right below my ankle in a very uncomfortable way, and even going up half a size (I'm a 7.5 and order 8 in closed toe) without socks, they were still a bit too snug in the toe box. Returned
