These shoes had been worn. I noticed an odd “wrinkle” and it was the perfect pattern of a triple bunion. I then noted the bottom was definitely dirty. Have never experienced this with Zappos.

I really like that these have a little height to them for arch support. They are a classier version of these types of shoes, with a leather look. I think the only thing I would change is the shiny part in the back. That seems a little too much to me. Other than that, I love how comfortable they are, and they seem like good quality.

They feel good. I have flat feet so I need a little Arch support.

I liked them but they were too big because I bought 1/2 up.

This shoe is so cute! I normally wear a 10, but the 10 slipped off my heels. The 9.5 was too small. Couldn't see how I'd get either to work so sent it back.

I want to LOVE these shoes. The style is exactly what I have been looking for. The heel and arch support are great. The downside: the toe area is so tight. I have small feet and don’t have this issue with any other shoe brand. My big toe nail is sore for two days after wearing these. If I sized up, my heel would slip out. It sure there is a good solution.

I'm on the fence about whether to keep them, or exchange for a half size smaller. I.wear 7 to 7.5 and the 7.5 is too long. Cons: They'd be a lot cuter and more flattering with a rounder toe (between the pointy toe and being a half size too long they make my feet look bigger than they are). Would also be cuter w a shorter/lower cuff, or whatever you call the opening. The high arch support is annoying. It kind of jabs into my low-arch feet. Less-importantly, they're weirdly stiff when walking, and slippery especially on tile floor. But they'd probably get more flexible and the soles would rough up after a while. But... Pros: All that said, they're not bad. My feet are on the wide side, and from reviews I was afraid they'd be too narrow, but they're not (other than that kinda pointy toe. Which is more of a style issue for me). I LOVE The hidden wedge. It isn't obvious and gives a little lift (I'd be tempted to add lift inserts so my ankles don't appear to sink down into those high cuffs. Just not flattering). They're actually pretty comfortable, and they look decent. The kind of low-key, not-running-shoes shoes I need. I'd been looking for canvas but got these in the black pleather. I thought it might look cheesy but it looks okay. They're the closest I've found so far to a casual, hidden-wedge slip on sneaker that I like. I'll probably try the 7

I'm 6 months pregnant and my feet have unfortunately expanded so I ordered these a size up to try to get me through the end of the year. I thought these were pretty cute and generally comfortable but the toes were pretty narrow, so even with a whole size bigger than my norm they were not very comfortable.

As far as "comfort shoes" go these actually look pretty nice. I've gotten a fair number of compliments on them. The shoe is definitely on the wider side (which may appeal to some) but more importantly there is ZERO arch support or really cushioning of any kind. They need a much more substantial insole. I find them great for work but not on days I'm going to do a fair amount of extended walking like I do when I walk to work.

These look fabulous and initially when I put them on felt amazing. The material is soft and has a slight sheen and the sole feels really supportive. Sadly, I noticed though that my toes felt squished after wearing them for a day. I think the toebox is pretty narrow. I’m hoping after a couple wears it will stretch? Not sure. I typically can’t fit Nike shoes as they are very narrow and these are wider but not as wide as Softwalk or Sperry.

These shoes look and feel great but there was dried glue dripped on various place on both shoes from when they were made. I was forced to return them. I am buying a second pair in the hopes that it's not an issue for this second pair. To be continued...

Wanted to like them but they slipped of my heel when walking

These shoes are super cute and go with so many things. I love the added height boost while still being practical. Only issue I have is the white sole was black after 1 wear.

true to size, the heel height is great.

These were super cute, but were so tight. Unfortunately, I am returning them. If they had a wide width or even a zipper to help get them on, they may work.
