This International Calais Crossbody Bag by Baggalini is just different enough from every other bag out there to have that little twist of unique style. From a practical standpoint the Calais is so lightweight, plus the shoulder strap can be adjusted variable shorter lengths so it can be used as a shoulder bag, along with extending it out to the long crossbody lengths. Under the front flap area, there's the double zip close, completely RFID protected multisectioned wallet area which is AMAZING for organization! This area negates the need for an additional bulky wallet to take up space or worry about losing while shopping or traveling. There's also a great cellphone slip pocket that's hardly mentioned in any descriptions, or able to be seen in pictures, AND an internal attached "key keeper" that are nice surprises. Basically loving it!

This small bag has a place for everything important at your fingertips. I don't need a wallet anymore! The front flap with the clasp makes it easy to get to your credit cards and money, then easy to securely close. And the main section of bag is roomy. Back pocket is perfect for sunglasses, I love the sleeve for my cell phone.

I love this little purse. I noticed compared to two other Baggallini bags that I have, the strap on this bag is very slippery. I don't expect it to hold up as well as my older ones. I detect that something has changed quality wise. Time will tell. I hope as Baggallini has grown and is now under different ownership the quality will not suffer. Photo: Handle on the left (smaller) slippery and will be prone to fraying and unraveling. Handle on the right Is on my older Baggallini. Much more user friendly and durable. The handle is also sewn to the purse by a better method. Don't "cut corners" Baggallini. Please maintain your well known quality!!

This bag holds a lot more than I expected. Blue is a beautiful shade that goes with most everything. May have to get it in another color, too!

This is just what I have been looking for! It is not leather, very light and a fun design. And I bought another one for spring.

This bag exceeded my expectations. It is a great hands free bag. I have back and neck issues so this bag fits perfectly around my waist and easily hidden. The RFID attached wallet is a huge plus. Well made and wipeable.. Will definitely buy again.

I've wanted a red Provence Crossbody but it's been discontinued so I decided to try the Calais and it's just not quite large enough for me. It's a really nice looking bag but just a little too small.

I have the Calais Crosbody bag in three colors--Black, Tan, and Green. It used to be Provence and had gold hardware. It is exactly what I wanted! I would love to purchase it again in lovely pastel colors. I use the Black on every day!

I love this bag. It is exactly like the one I have had for 12 years. Everything was the same accept the detachable handle which I do love because I can always get it to lay flat. I love the bright gold tones. It is an honor and pleasure to use this bag. I was also able to take part in a sale...sale or not I would have still purchased this bag. The last one was not really big but held a lot of stuff. Great style.

I just purchased this bag in the Midnight Blossom Print and I love it! It's light weight, easy to organize and comfortable to carry. I wanted the same style into carry during the warm months so I ordered the bag in Shimmer Blush. The color is actually more of a muddy taupe. Disappointed, it will be returned.

I really like the size, weight and adaptability of this purse. Love the Phone compartment. Big enough that at a glance another person would not immediately know where my phone is located. Also like the length of these inner pocket, which is long enough to insert cash, both dollars and change. Like the extra zipper interior pockets for carrying a few pills, or things like an extra pr. Earrings. Unfortunately, my puppy found my purse a few times and bit holes in the strap. They no longer appear to have this BAG. Having to get a new bag which honestly isn’t quite as perfect! My error. I basically used it for close to 3 years and the purse itself still looks good.

Good size. Easy to use. Pocket selection makes it easy to organize.

Have had this bag a couple of weeks. It organizes everything I use on a daily basis without being heavy to carry. No need for a regular wallet with this bag. Love the chambray color..a good neutral.

Enough compartments for tickets, cards, money, glasses, etc, but not too many. Comfortable to carry crossbody or shoulder.

This bag was exactly as described. The color is as shown, and the size of the bag with its compartments is terrific. I have gone from a much larger bag to this one and find the organization makes things much easier to find in a more compact way. I may buy this bag again in a different color. I am so glad I purchased this bag. There are so many pockets, a place for everything. This will be the perfect travel companion for me. The color is like a breath of fresh air after winter.The phone pocket is in a perfect place. It is RFID which is a real plus when traveling.I have several baggallini bags. Never to be disappointed in a purchase, but this one is awesome.

I was getting so tired on a tote bag, also known as a dump bag. I never could find anything in it. And when it would tip over in the car it dumped everything on the floor. Now everything is secured in its own compartments. This bag can carry more than you would think.

I was looking for something big enough to carry things like a brush, cell phone, kindle, and wallet. This is the perfect size purse for that. One big compartment for all my hair needs, and/or kindle. Another smaller area for wallet and clip-on sunglasses. Separate zipper front section for business cards or credit cards, with more inside zipper sections for change or small items. Cell phone pocket at the back. The strap is durable and easily adjustable from should strap to cross-body strap. In reading previous reviews I noted that some have had trouble with the spin clip in the front not holding, but it really doesn't matter as there is a zipper holding that compartment closed. I am very glad that I made this purchase. This is now my go-to purse.
