I had this bag for about 5 months, and was disappointed when the color of the hardware started to change on the large clasp (front and center of the purse) from silver to a cheap looking brassy tone. Bag was not laundered. Attempts to contact the company (through the 'contact us!' forms on their websites) to discuss quality were ignored. Buyer beware.

This bag was WAY bigger than I expexted or could use.

This attractive bag has multiple compartments. I usually prefer a smaller bag but this one is great for travel when I need to carry more items. The RFID panel also protects my credit cards. Also in this time of COVID 19 this bag has a space where I can safely keep face masks.

I ordered this purse in the ruby red. The red does not appear as pictured. Love this purse and I have in several colors. I wanted a bright red and this is very dull.

While, up until now I have always loved your products, I received this bag with a stain on the front. My frustration comes from trying to return it. There is no longer a return form or an address supplied to do just that. It is virtually impossible to reach someone to help resolve this matter. I keep getting sent back to the website, which of course, doesn't give the needed information. If I am forced to keep this defective bag, I will never purchase another item from your company.

This purse is not what I expected, cloth is cheap and the front turn closer won't stay closed, also the strap is very uncomfortable. Used for a month, decided to donate.
