This pack was totally fine, it just didn't fit me correctly. I needed a lightweight daypack for hiking. I ended up getting an Osprey pack for women.

I got this backpack for school and it has been great! It's super comfy and very durable, with a spot for my laptop so that I don't have to carry a case around. Once I'm done with school I'll be using it for hikes and things like that, which it will be perfect for.

I used this product mostly for hikes / day trips while traveling. It's super durable and fits everything I needed without being too bulky.

My child uses this backpack for school.

Pretty small, not too many pockets. Overall quality backpack.

I use this backpack for college, and it's great for online classes and walking around campus. Beware only small laptops can fit because it's so narrow.

I use it for daily life, carry smaller books to school. A bit small compared to my old backpack, but still a great overall backpack.

Love this backpack! The straps are a little bit thinner than the previous versions and the strap clips aren't my favorite but the padding is amazing. The size is perfect too!

I have a north face jester backpack I bought several years ago that I still use today. My 9 year old daughter wanted one for school. I noticed the design was different but assumed the size would be similar so I bought her a jester backpack. It is so small that I can't fit anything other than her lunchbox and gym shoes in it. Other than that it's a very nice backpack. Just so small that I had to buy a different one.

I bought this backpack for college. I got a black one with rose gold on it. It's really light and comfortable. However, it might not be wide enough to fit heavy textbooks in. There should be a small pocket like Borealis to fit phone or small things in. But overall, it's a great backpack!

I'm on my second Jester and looking to buy a third so I can have one designated for work and another for everything else. I'm obsessed with this updated design, however it seems to be lacking the little front pocket. I love that tiny pocket and it is great for small items and easy-access. My only hesitation with buying another Jester will be due to the fact that there isn't a tiny third outer pocket. Otherwise, I love these backpacks and they are so durable.

I have had the bag for about 4 years and I have no complaints. It is in great condition considering I have used it for school.

I love this backpack because it's sturdy and structured well for back support and it's not straining to carry. It's great quality and also a great look. I got the one with the blue center. The only thing I would change is for the front pocket to be deeper; the blue front with the corset strings gave me the impression that the front pocket would reach to the bottom of the backpack but it only reaches halfway through the backpack. Overall, I do love this backpack especially for the sale price and I recommended it to a friend and she got it as well in all grey!

Fits a lot of stuff! Wish there were more pockets but other than that it has a nice design and is very lightweight.

I bought this backpack for college use because my old one was killing my shoulders. This bag hold all my books and laptop comfortably without giving me any discomfort. I would definitely get this product again as the need arise. I have nothing bad to say about this bag.

Its a good small/med backpack. The front pocket only goes half way down in delth so when you put something bulky in there the backpacks center of gravity is off and it tips forward everytime you put it down. Kind of annoying and i have a light color one so i think over time it will get dirty from tipping/sliding to the floor with the weight. That front pocket is too small. Should go all the way down like most TNF backpacks. Being a womens backpack it should have more space in that front pocket. Women have lots of accessories.

I love the organization of this bag. I do find it a bit smaller than I imagined but it still fits my needs perfectly.

I use this backpack for college. It's amazing. It holds everything and it's very durable. I will be using it for traveling and I'm sure this will not let me down.
