I'm a nanny who needed more space so I went ahead and bought this one, it has enough space to hold a MacBook, change of clothes, and 3 children board books, and some. Plus the front pocket can hold other essential items. I'd say it's good, I'm kinda tiny (110lbs) so the bag does fit kinda weird and I personally don't think it's completely comfortable around the straps but if you're bigger than 5ft 2" then you'll probably be fine. I still highly recommend it.

Super cute backpack! I expected it to be a little bit bigger, but it's not too bad!

I use this for school, its a good quality vag fir sure. Alot if nice features and pockets, the big thing for me if to be sure zippers hold up. They seem to be really good quality. If i had one negative thing to say is for the money i wish it was a bit bigger.

love the color combo and can fit my laptop + 4 fat notebooks + lunch + pencil pouch. perfect for college students. my only complaint would be that the bottom of the bag is very spacious while the front pouch is small and swallow so you have to fill up that bottom gap with something (pencil case) or else the top of the bag droops (if that makes sense)

Great backpack with many inside pockets! It is really comfortable. Highly recommended! The only flow is the front pocket that, when opened, tends to make things fall off it.

Love this bag! its so cute and the embroidery looks glittery !! A little bit small but holds a good amount still. Front pocket only goes halfway , really WISH the front pocket went all the way down like the older models of the jester!!!!

Bought it for my 6th grader who is required to carry a laptop and all belongings (a few notebooks, folders, pencil case) throughout the school day. The bag is well-made, however it is a tight squeeze when she needs to fit a lunchbox in with her everyday stuff. I often have to help her wrestle to get it in, which is crummy.

I had an old version of this backpack and I remembered I liked the old version much more. The front part isnt deep, only goes down halfway, also the zipper opens it all the way thus if you put anything heavy in it and leave it unzipped, it can spill everything. A deeper front section w. the zippers only going down halfway could easily solve the problem. Overall I wished it had more space in the front.

The backpack is very cute and well made and I love it however they did send me the wrong color...so just be aware of that

I am using this backpack for my master's classes. Overall it's a great purchase the only thing is I wish the second zip-up was deeper as it's only half as deep as the main zipper. When I have a bunch of things in the second zipper my bag is constantly falling over

It's super cute,durable, comfortable, easy to carry . Cons : not that big, gets dirty easily

Great backpack with plenty of room. Fits schoolbooks and laptop for a teenager. It did come with a broken strong to my surprise.

I recently bought a backpack for school and it is nice and comfortable when I walk. However, my laptop does fit a bit snug in the pocket but it is my preferred liking. Definitely look at the measurements to see if your laptop may fit. Otherwise, a great backpack for many purposes.

I bought this backpack for college because my old one was causing some serious back pain. I love it so far!! The only issue is that the package it came in was damaged in transit so the backpack was covered in dirt when I received it. I called customer support and was told to scrub the dirty spots with a toothbrush it didn't help. Aside from the shipping issue, I love it and it's been a great backpack so far. No more back pain either!

It's a good backpack. It's just too small for my teen. I did return, and went with another model. Customer service was fantastic though. My return was either lost or very delayed, and they credited my money back without receiving the merchandise. I was grateful for that.

Such a great bag! Compact yet roomy enough to fit all of my daughter's school materials, and laptop. And since The North Face products are so well made this should hold up nicely for years to come!.

I use it for school and it's nice since all I take it my laptop and a binder but that's all it's good for. I kind of wish it had more space horizontally or another pouch, because I take so much stuff as a girl and sometimes I have to dig my hand all the way to the bottom and a lot does not fit in the front pouch

I'm planning on using this for college. A bit disappointed that it's not bigger but then again, for college I just need a laptop and a few notebooks which fits in the main pocket. The second pocket is quite small so I wish that was bigger and there were more pockets. Seems very good material and durable though.
