Great backpack. A little on the smaller side. Hard to fit all my college things in it.

I like the color and it well made with a nice laptop pocket. Bought for my high school daughter it is on the small side. I wish it expanded more.

I use this backpack for school. It doesn't fit all of my things because online, it looked much bigger. It's a great quality backpack with lots of comfort. However, it's very flat and not enough pockets.

I think the backpack is great and I love that the side pockets can hold my 32oz water bottle without falling out. I only wish there was a small zip pocket in the front to keep smaller items like phone and keys.

Good backpack. Feels solid and stretches so you can fit a lot of stuff. I commute to college and I figured out I needed a huge backpack lol this works perfect the only thing is I'm 5'0 and it's a bit big lol, but it's definitely cute and good, just wish it could be maybe 2 inches smaller (:

I wish there was more room, it's a little small. I can fit ONE of my anatomy books, one notebook, one folder, my MacBook Air and that's it.

I use it for work and travel. The bag is very durable, ton of space, and good material. It fits all of my school work and I am a sophomore in high school. It also is good for weekend trips.

I was looking for a smaller backpack, as I had the surge backpack for the past 7 years and I wanted something that was a little smaller. This was the perfect backpack for that! I don't think it'll be my airplane bag like the surge was, but it works perfect for school. I can fit my 13in computer and my IPad, a 12 month planner, 2 note books and a sweatshirt if I need it. It definitely is full and sometimes I have to stuff the sweatshirt in, but I really like it. With all of that in there it is still sleek and not bulky. The only thing that I wish it had was a little sunglasses front pocket like the surge has.

Love that this backpack is lightweight (1 lb 8 oz) for travel; Loved the vandalia grey color with fuchsia zipper pulls. However, this backpack would not work for me because the main compartment was not big enough to hold all of my items. I also did not like that the front compartment only went halfway down, not all the way to the bottom; and unlike most backpacks, there was not a third compartment, say, for a laptop, behind the main compartment that goes all the way to the bottom. (Laptop sleeve is in main compartment). I compared this Jester backpack ($69) to the North Face Borealis ($99 and also nice) and the Osprey Nova ($120) and finally opted for the Osprey Nova despite the fact that it was the heaviest of all. It just had everything else I needed plus a little more volume (32 L vs 27 L in both of the North Face backpacks. I cannot say how this would work for school or work, because I was only looking for something as a carry-on to stash all of the items I would need in a plane for a long international trip.

I love this bag for school! It fits my books, laptop, sneakers, and water bottle. I don't like that when any of the pockets are unzipped, my bag falls over. I really like that there are two handles on top making it super east to carry when it's not on my back.

Purchased for travel; smaller than expected. Was an 'ok' carry on; very tight with laptop, Kindle, masks, and chargers. Wish the bag had wider depth dimensions. Love the look, love the 'fit.' Probably should have tried on in a store instead of an online order.

This is a great backpack, however I do not like it as much as my previous Jester backpack that I bought in 2016. The front compartment used to be the entire depth of the backpack, and now it's only half the width. However, there is still plenty of storage and room for my laptop and books, which is exactly what I needed. The back support is great, the drink holders are large, and I love the color!

this is the perfect backpack for college bc i love all of the pockets and compartments, i just wish there was a third zipper for a backpack rather than it just being in with the second zipper.
