The backpack overall is great. Good material, light, and can withstand rain. The only I have is that I was expecting it to be more spacious, but it still does the job!

Awesome color! Very comfortable on the shoulders and back. But not as roomy as I thought.

Good gift

Bought this for my daughter for here Freshman year of college. She loves it . Our family has only bought North Face backpacks for the last 12 years . They last for years . Highly recommend any of their back packs

My daughter loves this pack. Fits everything she needs

I bought a new Jester to replace one that was 10 years old and heavily used. The front pocket in the new one is half the size as the front pocket of the previous model. The main pocket is the same. I kept the new one but had the old one refurbished. I can't imagine why this change was made.

Worked well for hiking, but I intended to use this for school; but found I could only fit two notebooks and a laptop inside. Not enough room for everything I needed. Could barely fit a binder inside if I had any books in the main pocket. All this being said, it has a nice design and was pretty durable, just not what I needed.

Nice quality, but the zippers open up very quickly with little to no force. I would buy this backpack again!

Overall good quality, a bit small around chest strap but does the job.

Nice overall form, very comfortable to wear, and usually fits everything I need. My only complaint is that the back pocket ends half way down, so if you have a lot of things in the bottom of the main pocket they can be hard to access without taking stuff out. Also, durability remains to be seen as I've only had it 2 weeks, but it seems like good build quality.

My daughter says she likes it but wishes there was another pocket because the back pocket is kind of deep and then if you put stuff in the front pocket it's hard to get to the bottom of the back pocket but it's really nice it fits all her stuff.

I really liked this product but I returned bc I prefer a different color.

I had an old backpack from north face and my favorite feature about it was the r@pe whistle so when my friends touched me I would whistle an d everyone would hear the whistle and come save me but my new backpack does not have the whistle I might have to return it and use the old one because it has the r@pe whistle

Overall, I really like the new navy and white backpack I just bought. It has good storage inside for the most part, I love the deep pockets on the side for tall water bottles. One thing that bugs me is that the laptop sleeve seems to have gotten smaller and it's not so easy to insert my 15.3" screen laptop as it used to be. But overall, a great backpack.

My daughter wanted this backpack and i held off b/c it's smaller then other jester we own. Definitely doesn't fit tons of notebooks and computer and lunch a typical middle schooler carrier.

The moment I touched my eyes on it, I know it would be a great backpack. After using for a few weeks, I really love the support that my new backpack give to my back. It constantly keeps me in good form, which is amazing! I also like how my backpack can be adjusted to provide more room for different events or occasions. Currently I am using it for school, and it is passing all my expectations. If Jester backpack is to be improved for the future, I would say that it should have more smartly-designed pockets for storage. Let's utilize available spaces (surfaces and nooks) and make them accessible for use. Striking between the minimalism and convenience is a hard task, but I know that designers of Jester backpack can add some more features to give it more versatility. Little details go a long way!

Everything's great my only con is that my computer is slightly to big for the pocket so it's tough getting it in and out

Was a little smaller than the old backpack that he had. But he needed a new backpack. Didn't want to send the e old backpack in for repair so we just ordered a new one

My 15 yo loves the backpack. It's comfortable and has great compartments. Great orange color. The bungees hold lots of extras. He uses it for school everyday.

Seems like a good pack, fairly similar to last season's. I like the new look and removal of interior velcro pocket. Also the flat front is good because it doesn't allow for dirt/ debris to collect in bottom. This said, I'm not certain the non- eleasticized H2O compartments will hold Nalgene bottle securely. Also, though I like the easy zippers but hoping they don't open on their own.

use it for school. I only need an iPad and a notebook but it could easily hold 3-4 well sized textbooks. only complaint is that on my old vault there were 2 individual compartments in the small back part and this only has 1
