This is a boy's back pack for school, long wanted. Fell in love with the looks of it and have been asking for it for a while and now it is a Birthday gift. What is not to like about this back pack. Quite stylish.

This was purchased to replace an older Jester backpack. The new color isn't pretty but you will never pick up someone else's by mistake or vice versa. It's pretty sturdy and holds a moderate amount of stuff. It's kind of the medium range of NF backpacks.

My child uses this pack for school. Everything is great except the elastic on the front came undone. Reduces the sleek look and functionality of the feature. At-home repair required cut to lining :(

The quality of the bag is great and I can see myself using this for the next 5-10 years. However, it is not very spacious and it always need a support against the wall when I put down because it would keep toppling down.

I've struggled with back pain from school due to carrying a lot of supplies and books for high school. Once I got this backpack I noticed less back pain. It is very supportive, however it doesn't really hold a ton. If you want to be able to carry a lot it might not be the backpack for you but if you want something that is very supportive and gets the job done I highly recommend it:)

I like quality of bag

I bought this backpack for my middle school aged daughter at her request to replace a smaller less sturdy one. She loves it because it is "trendy", has lots of pockets, and comfortably fits all her stuff and chrome book. I love it for its durability and great value. Win win!

So this is my second order of a bag. It was delivered a little bit longer than my first one which is almost a week. The jester looks nice and comfortable to use. I frequently bring it with me in the workplace and i can put just about anything innit and everything just fit perfectly. The only thing i noticed though is the yellow rubber adjustment seems twisted, and i cannot untwist it properly, but aside from that nothing major that would be a deal breaker. The strap looks thin but it is still comfortable when used. I was kinda suprised by how it works. And the bag looks thin too even though it is full of stuff inside. Its surreal. Like a turtle shell.

I used this backpack for school and the old version lasted 4 years until zipper broke. I bought a new one August 2022. After a couple weeks the drawstring in the front became undone from the 2 holes. It's kind of an eyesore because I have to tuck the excess string away and it ruins the smooth look. I thought North Face was better than this, hopefully this one won't break anymore and last me another 4 years or more. However, I like how the sides nicely fit a 40 oz hydroflask water bottle.

This bookbag tore after 6 months. The only way to get it covered under warranty is to send it back for two months. What is my kid supposed to do for a bookbag? Pictures should be enough.

The straps are well-cushioned and easy to adjust to fit my body. The bag is lightweight, which makes it easy to carry and the side mesh pockets are a great addition to hold water bottles. I got mine in a very nice gray color, it looks great. In conclusion, I highly recommend The North Face Jester Backpack to anyone looking for a durable, functional, and comfortable backpack for daily use, school or work.

Overall a solid backpack for college. Able to store a Macbook, pouch, chargers. It has one big space in the back and a little compartment to store smaller things. Only complaint is it's too small.

Got this backpack for family outings. Key features we were looking for were external water bottle pockets and shock cord, both features this pack has. After a couple outings, we are very happy. Pack is light and sits well on the back. The 1/4 pocket on the front is perfect for shacks and sanitizer. My only gripe is that the sternum strap is pretty short - I never use it but something to consider for those that do.

I had a North Face Nomad bag for years and it finally just gave up the ghost. From Arizona to Texas to Iraq and back then many many trips and hikes, office adventures and more. Getting soaked, drug in the dirt, falling off of trucks, shoved in a box, this bag did exactly what it needed to do. Never had an issue with it, and it was just a performer. I was truly sad a little to see the tear in the bottom of the bag and the wear marks on the straps. I hope the jester can live up to the Nomad. I do like the multiple pockets and the style was the closest to the nomad. Here's hoping.
