Columbia shouldn't advertise theses as being waterproof. Not waterproof, not even close. First day I got the top side wet, I ended up with soggy socks.

I purchased these winter of 2021 and they got stained rather quickly from some mud and general use. Used them to go hiking, coming down the mountain the sole completely popped off from the rest of the shoe. Would recommend for a one time use, if you are looking for quality and durability go elsewhere.

Nice looking shoe, but had to return it primarily because the toe box is way to small, even in a larger size. I typically wear a 14, but ordered both the 14 and 15 and the toe boxes on both pairs were putting too much pressure on the top of my big toes. The shoe is also quite heavy - not sure how this would be on a long hike. To me, it defeats the purpose of having a hiking shoe versus a hiking boot.

Got these to hike in on my trip to Arizona. This is what they look like after just one 5 mike hike!!!

I was annoyed at the amount of effort it takes to get this shoe on and off due to the unusual sock-like structure inside the outer layer. This problem coupled with the lack of toe room made it a non-keeper for me. I sent the shoes back.

I wore these shoes less than 15 times, at least 10 times for 3-5 mile hikes. There needs to be a half inch toe guard to fully encompass the toe. The mesh fabric on top of the foot quickly frays and separates from toe area due to contact with normal trail obstacles. If you are going to wear it for neighborhood walks, you'll be fine. Otherwise take a pass. Columbia did, however give me a credit to purchase other merchandise. I appreciate that.

Main reason I bought these shoes was because they said they were 100% waterproof. I really need a light waterproof shoe for work. Turns out they are not; you cannot even walk through wet grass without getting your feet soaked. Might as well walk around in socks. Maybe mine were defective, but absolutely not waterproof!

Shoes fits insanely tight, other Columbia shoes in same size fit fine, but not this one.
