Shoes slip in the heel. heels are very loose.

I like the look and overall feel, especially the very soft sheepskin insole. I'm size 10.5 but this runs for me a half-size too large. I'm going to return these and get size 10.

Bought normal size but when the shoes arrived they were too large both in length and width. Returned the shoes for 1/2 size smaller.

I first ordered this shoe in size 8.5 M, my usual shoe size. It was too big so I returned it and re-ordered size 8 M which was still too big so I'm returning this pair of shoes.

Unfortunately, I had to buy shoes size 8.5 half size bigger than my size (8) because you didn't have my size (8). I like the material and the style, but it doesn't fit as it should because it is not my exact size.

The leather was very hard - almost cardboard like.

This is not a true wide width, although the shoes look very stylish.

The shoes look great but just don't fit properly. Not true to size.

I originally ordered a 13, the same as another pair of very similar J & M penny loafers that fit me very well. However, the 13 in this style was a tad too big with just enough heel slippage to be annoying. I exchanged them for a 12W which fit ok in the length but were still too narrow. Sadly I am returning the 12W as well.

The soles were stiff and inflexible and wouldn’t bend when I walked so my feet kept coming out of the shoes. Returned them.

Usually a size 10.5 but returned those for a size 10 which fit well. However, the leather squeaked every step I took. I've had this happen with cheaper brands and it only gets worse so I returned these as well. I'm disappointed as Cole Haan has discontinued their tassled loafer and these Johnson and Murphy loafers just aren't a decent substitute!

This is a very strange shoe design. The sole of the shoe was constructed such that the front of the body of shoe extends over the sole of the shoe in the front. They were the right size and fit fine. Hard to find classic style but J&M screwed it up using very cheap design/manufacturing processes. I wish I could send them back. I also wish I could fire the woman running Grief (Genesco) who has managed to utterly destroy a venerable, competitive shoe company costing, in the process, hundreds of American jobs.

Did not fit to my liking. Material were excellent. Returned to store.

Heal started to fall off after wearing the shoes 3 times
