Nice boots, great for skinny calves. Packaging was odd though, these boots were loose in a plain box without receipt or the manufacturers shoe box. Returns? Used? I like them but seems odd to pay full price for something that may be used or a return.

I have what must be the skinniest calves ever....under 13 inches. I have frequently googled tall boots for skinny calves and the Sofft brand often comes up. I have ordered other brands and always return them. Finally I ordered Sofft and they work!! The price is excellent for the quality.

I bought these because there were a large number of reviews about them working for narrow calves, but they were still too big for me. No matter how tight I tied them, they still had a big gap so I am returning them.

Beautiful boots, the length is right but they stretched very quickly to where I’ll probably have to wear thicker socks with them. Never the less, I’m keeping them. It’s very hard to find boots for small calves, these tighten up perfectly with the laces. The Sofft brand does it again!! Always quality and comfort, my 5th shoe from them.

I usually wear a size 9 or 40 European but often go up 1/2 size for width. Unfortunately the 1/2 size up trick didn't work with these. They are a very cute boot and have a lot of adjustment in calf size due to the lacing. Wish they had worked for me.

Beautiful boots but too tight for me. They also had obviously been previously returned. They weren't in the original box. They were folded to fit in the one they came in and there were scratches in the leather and what looked like an ink pen streak on the side.

I wanted to love these sexy boots, but my ankles and calves disagreed. I am athletic with a 10” ankle and a 13.5 “ calf. No matter how I laced these boots, I looked ridiculous. I tried adding arch support, but the fit was still poor.

I tried ridiculously hard to make these work, but I’ve finally accepted that this brand is not for me. The footbed has very specific padding. I thought maybe it would adjust to my feet, but the metatarsal cushion seemed to hit a strange spot, which caused discomfort. I would’ve preferred cushion throughout instead of in very specific spots. My feet, which are narrow, were also sloshing around in the heal. I actually bought these in leather a few years ago, but returned them due to the footbed issue and due to thinking they looked like rain boots on my narrow calves and ankles. When I saw them in black suede this year, I couldn’t resist giving them another try. They were definitely more attractive on my narrow calf and could work with dresses if needed. However, they were not quality suede. The distressed look was so intense, it basically had a cap toe that was plain leather. The laces couldn’t stay tied for more than 30 seconds and, although I could tie them tight enough for my calves, they still slouched a bit. If your foot is less picky, these might be amazing for you. Aesthetically, the cashmere suede or a leather version look a bit better than the black suede.

Really liked the style and the fact that they are listed as waterproof , but calf was tight, couldn’t zip them and I don’t have big calves Had to be returned

The boots were too small in the toe box, and too big in the heel. I was unable to resolve this discrepancy. So, I am returning them.

Although, these boots are well made, they did not work for me. They were too large. The heel slips up and down when I walk, even with wool socks on. I am sending them back.

This is a very comfortable and good looking boot. They are quickly becoming my go to shoe.

LOVE these! They fit perfectly on my narrow calves with pants on and plenty of room to adjust. I bought a similar style but with a 2” heel years ago and wore them a lot and still love be them. I expect the same from these!

I love these boots. The lower heels are comfortable all day. And they look great!

Nice quality and color, very comfortable. Only returned, because I decided to keep the Sharnell style with a slightly higher heel.

Beautiful boots-the back has a lace up that can adjust for your calf. I felt they ran small...but my feet may be getting bigger! Im going to try the next size.

Size and fit are perfect! I have looked for months finding the perfect boot and these are it! I have skinny calves, about 13”, and these are a perfect fit, not loose at all. They are adjustable if needed. The suede are so soft, but excellent quality. I might have to purchase them in another color, I love them! Highly recommend!

These were very nice boots, but a bit dressier than what I ultimately decided on.

I LOVE these boots! I considered buying them last year but hesitated because of some of the reviews. This year, the reviews were put out of mind and the purchase made - and I wish I’d done so earlier! The laces are adjustable to your leg so even if your calves are not the tiniest, the boot will work. My own calves are a nice muscular (almost) 14” and the boots fit beautifully on them. The foot is nice as well - not too tight or too wide. If you’re on the fence, give them a try!

These boots are comfy and stylish. They have laces up the back to accommodate my shapely calves too!
