I was unable to zip these boots all the way up. I've never had large calves or problems zipping up any boots I've ever had. I sadly am sending them back. They are very nice looking and felt comfortable on my feet.

I was excited about these boots specifically because they were advertised as waterproof. The first day I wore them, I tested them by stepping into a puddle that was just deep enough to cover my toes. Water seeped into the boots almost immediately. I suspect the pair I got was faulty because I can't imagine a company advertising these as waterproof with this performance. Sad to return them. I enjoyed the style and they fit pretty well. I have 16" calves and was able to open the laces at the top for a proper fit.

These boots did not fit. They were too large. The heel slips up and down, when I walk. I am returning them.

I am slim and have several pairs of tall boots but these would never work alone or with slim jeans—-and I didn’t want to undo the laces and have them wide apart. I would say only for very skinny legged women! Style nice.

These don't work on so many levels! Let's start with how they most definitely do NOT fit wide calves! The description states they fit up to 17" calves. Well, I have 14 1/2" and they don't even fit those. It took me a good 20 minutes of struggling in order to get the corset-like strings open all the way. At that point they should've been too loose on me, according to their description. Also at that point you can no longer tie the string back together, let alone put it in a cute little bow. You can maybe do a knot, which is not cute at all. But I sallied on and tried to get them onto my bare legs, knowing that I would wear them with leggings. No go! The zip wouldn't go past my lower calf. So I gave up and put them back in the box for return. The 2nd point is the odd styling of distressing the perfectly lovely suede. I don't mind it on the heel, because I'd do it myself with normal wear. But that toe just looks awful! It's a shiny leather toe on a suede boot. It looked horrible on a black boot, so I can only assume it looks even worse on a lighter color. BUT...for those of you with skinny calves, the fit was true to my size and they seemed that they would've been a comfortable boot if it wasn't for the big fat lie about fitting wider calves!

These boots are listed as suede but feel very much like suede fabric not leather. They feel and look cheap. The lacing up the back is adjustable and therefore a plus but $200 for cheap looking boots is not for me.

I couldn't get the shoelaces out without the boot falling apart so I never actually tried them on. I hated the laces up the back. Would not recommend

I never did get these boots on. The laces up the back were ugly so I tried to take them out. No Go.

One shoes is super tight and one is way to big. I bought this to replace I pair that wore out and the new pair is not the same quality. Also a $200+ pair of boots should last more than 2 years.

This boots is not made for wide or thick calves and feet no support either , I wear a 7 in shoes , got a size 8 was super tight could not zip the boot all up . Beautiful boots but not right fit . Returning.

These are very Beautiful boots , but it didn’t zip up As my legs are not slim and it not user friendly either I got , a size 8 , from my usual size 7 but the size 8 was to small and my feet looked stuck and uncomfortable in the boots , not for people who need wide shoes , I’m returning these .

Gorgeous boot, love the color and the leather. Sadly, the calf is so narrow. Description says: "Fits narrow and wide calves, from 13.25 to 17 inches." I have 15.5 inch calves and couldn't even get close to a good fit - there was about a 3 inch gap that I could not close. So disappointed.

These boots are super comfortable. Sizing ran a bit bigger. I love the look and get lots of compliments.

These boots arrived completely used, scuffed heel to toe, soles were scuffed and worn, definitely NOT new. These boots had been worn for some time and returned, and Zappos sold them as new, at full price. Loved the look and the style, but didn't even try on these boots, totally used goods passed off as new...BEWARE!
