Gorge too short could not get shoe on

The shoe is very nice looking and I received a lot of compliments however, if your are looking for a shoe that is comfortable this is not the shoe to purchase. I am flat footed and need support and these shoes offer no support and are not comfortable as your feet will hurt after about an hour. I have Purchased many shoes from johnstone and murphy that are very comfortable and durable it's just a shame that these are not. Unfortunately I cannot return them as I threw away the receipt so this one is a lose.

Not the color I thought. Runs a little small.

The fit on the shoes is great and felt good in the store, but when I wear them for over an hour they begin to hurt my feet. I don't know how to describe how they feel, but my arches ache and my heels rub terribly. I am sorry to complain, as I wear Johnston & Murphy exclusively. You make wonderful shoes, I just made a mistake on these.

I ordered these and was expecting a soft leather shoe. They were not. I buy this brand often and these were not very comfortable. I bought three pair and returned all three pair!

These become very uncomfortable after just a few minutes of wearing. If you have to wear them the whole day you were going to be in severe pain by the end of the day. Bring thick socks or Band-Aids for the back of your ankles. They will tear the skin right off.

I would have loved this shoe but I wear a 8 1/2 WIDE, which this show apparently does not come in. Big disappointment as I need the extra cushioning the memory foam provides. Not sure why you lop off your wide's below 9 but I'm going to start to look for another company and see if I have better luck.
