I purchased 5 other shoes Freon JM and the size were consistently spot on. However, this particular model is not size 10.5M as stated on the order and marked on the shoes.

These are quite uncomfortable and they dig into my heel I wore them one day and I had blisters by the end of the day. There's NO cushioning on the back.

I bought 2 new pairs of Holden plain toe. The brown ones dig into the back of my heel/ankle and they are painful to wear. One of the black ones makes a popping noise with every step. I've worn them for a week with no improvement. Time for me to find a better brand.

I've worn them infrequently because they are so small and didn't want to completely waste my money. I waited beyond the return date to send them back.

I received this shoe as a gift. I'm wore them to work one day and quickly found out the cut hard at the ankle and back of the heel. I had to place bandaids along the ankle and heel/achilles line just to get through the day. Since they've been worn, I'm stuck with them. I may try again properly padded to see if they break in. If they don't, then I'm stuck with a worthless shoe.

Narrows too much in toe box and the leather is very stiff and unyielding. When I first tried it on, it felt okay. After wearing while traveling to a business meeting, my feet were killing me.

I really liked the look of these shoes. But, only a few hours into wearing them the very first time, I could feel blisters forming on the back of my heel (achilles area). I was surprised since I've always had pretty good luck with JM shoes. But, these were just very uncomfortable.

Purchased 10.5 size same as a previous shoe purchase different brand but they are too small. I wore them thinking they would stretch out a bit but they did not. I'm stuck with a shoe that don't fit!

I bought these in gray expecting a combination of business casual style and athletic shoe comfort. They look nice but the color seemed more brown-gray than I expected. Even worse, these shoes were anything but comfortable. I've worn them twice and my they chafed the skin off both of my heels. I already threw away the Bo's they came in but I plan to return them if not too late.

I've bought many J and M shoes from you for many years. Horrible blisters after only a few hours of wear. Very disappointing.

Purchased these Dec 22 in tan oiled full grain as a gift. Very nice classic look with the updated white sole. Began wearing them mid January 23. Out of the box, they're a little difficult to get into but no big deal assuming a little break in. However, I'm noticing they're already beginning to separate at the sole after 3 weeks of casual office wear. I would post pictures but site doesn't have that feature. Secondly, the sole material annoyingly squeaks on most tile floor surfaces. Finally, the material seems to make my feet sweat or produce moisture more than other oxfords I've had. This is my first pair of JMs and was excited but will not be buying again.

The with of the show is not the correct as the box depicts. The show run smaller as well. In addition, I am a bit to far from a Fed Ex location.

Heal shape cut very large blisters in both of my feet, first time problem with this brand as I've purchased many J&M shoes - unwearable shoes shouldn't be for sale in my opinion.

Most uncomfortable shoe I've ever worn. They looked great but the leather around the heel was so rough it cut my ankle just walking around the house testing them out.

Terribly painful on both ankles. Had to change shoes after wearing for an hour to avoid breaking the skin, and that was after attempting to break in for two days of indoor wear.

I have been a long time customer. For the first time, I was not satisfied with quality of shoe. The sides are pulling away from base stitch of shoe. I have been able to wear them, but not the quality I have become accustomed to.

They are my size, I always get 11.5 in JM shoes, but they are so tight I can't wear them.

The XC4 in black has the appropriate "in style" sole but then the toe has some cheap looking embossed wingtip effect that ruins the shoe, The Holden Plain Toe upper is fine but the funky brown and gray sole trashes the look. I like J&M shoes fit and quality but can't buy these

I bought these because the 10.5 W were far too long. The length of these seemed like it would be right, but they felt very narrow. I guess it's just a small toe box, but it doesn't really look like the toe is narrow.
