I've had these for two months and the bottom tread is already wearing down and there are worn spots developing in the heels. They look like I've had them for a year. I wear them to walk 10-13 miles per week on a cement walking path. They are super comfy and my bunions don't hurt as much, but I would expect a shoe at this price point to last longer than 2 months!

I am a weekend walker of neighborhood trails. I loved the fit and look of these shoes, but I've only had them for nine weeks and there are holes in the topline, as if I had freakishly protruding ankle bones rubbing against it. I'm really disappointed.

A friend recommended Topo for their wide toe box. While my neuroma did not flare up thanks to the toe box, I wound up returning these. I experienced cramping in my midfoot still trouble with plantar fasciitis. Also, after two days wearing them, the upper began separating from the sole on the inside of the right foot. Not what I'd hope for in brand new shoes. Luckily, the 30-day trial and customer service made returns easy. Would recommend these for someone else with fewer foot problems!

Issues just didn't feel as good to me as ultra fly from my feet personally but they are high-quality well-built

I need a wide inside toe box, and the Topos have it. However, I need more of a cushion for my whole foot (something like a Hoka). Because I can add cushion and not toe box room, I went with the Topos.

I like the colors of the shoe, but there are several issues. First, the toebox could be wider, especially near the baby toe (it rubs). Second, the back of the shoe (just over the heel) has a bump that is mildly irritating: it would be better if you used a regular shoe back, such as that used in the Newton Motion 8--which is *much more* comfortable. Third, there is not quite enough depth at the back of the heel to accommodate orthotics so the heel hits my ankle too low (again, my Newton's are better). Fourth, the shoelaces are too short and I could not tie them. Fifth, the holes through which the laces go are so narrow it's difficult to string a new lace through. The cushioning is nice, but overall a frustrating shoe.

I really wanted to like these. The toe box is wide and the cushion is good yet firm feeling. The shoes feel stable and solid but as my feet are between sizes and I am normally a 9.5 but can be a 10, I figured with the wide toe box the 9.5 would be fine as thats what my old running shoes are. They felt fine at first but my toe kept hitting the front when I began to jog. I also felt like I was "laboring" to run in these shoes, like at the forefoot there is an area that maybe is suppose to propel you forward, but I felt like it was making it hard for me to actually run forward with ease. Maybe the 4mm drop has something to do with it not feeling a sense of ease. I had to return these sadly and since the overall running feel felt labored I did not want to try the size 10. Seem like good quality but design could be improved on the size maybe (?) and thr other point on the sole of the shoe as mentioned.

Editing my previous review, great customer service but still don't like the shoes. These felt great when I put them on so I kept them. After one workout and standing in Black Friday lines my feet were killing me. My feet felt sore even the next day. I don't know if they were too narrow or too tight, but overall were very uncomfortable. I didn't think I could return them, but when customer service saw my review they sent me an email asking me to call them and they will work it out. They did! Zappos came through and as usual made it very easy.

I'm not sure what is wrong with these shoes but I have never gotten blisters from shoes. I got the size I normally do and it was horrible.

The plastic look and feel of this shoe make it seem cheap and not durable enough for hiking. I returned them.

I had these in a different color and loved them, so when I needed a new pair, I bought them again in a different color. Bad idea! I laced them up and started wearing them for my morning runs like I do all my new running shoes. I've worn them 6 times now during my morning run/walk and they are rubbing on my side heel and I now have a blister. The blister is in the weirdest spot! I thought these were a sure thing since I've had them before so I bought the pair I can't return. No good.

this shoe has zero cushion. Immediately developed nagging injuries that would only go away by using my old shoes; a different brand. I have, however, owned the Superfly, and loved it. That's why I chanced the Phantom.

OK when I tried them on, I thought these are great! So comfy! So roomy! Great arch support. So I returned the other two styles because I only needed one new pair of workout shoes. After one mild, 30 minute workout and standing in Black Friday shopping lines my feet were killing me! I don't know what happened but now they feel too narrow, arch support is in the wrong place and the balls of feet are on fire. I'd like get a refund but the return policy says I cannot have worn them
