Really wanted to like these but they aren't super comfy on the feet. Bigger issue is that after wearing it less than a handful of times, I caught the sandal on a patio stone oddly and pulled the front thong piece up about an inch. But not enough to pull it completely out of the sandal. So now it fits like when you were a kid wearing one of your parents flip flops. Maybe if my foot swelled to 2x the size it would fit fine. And of course today no one is manning the online chat to mention the issue to.... so I'd skip unless they're 85% off

For Merrell you expect some durability. First time going kayaking and they break. What a disappointment

I liked the athletic and conservative look. Unfortunately, they weren't as comfortable as they look. It was heavy which made it awkward to walk and put a lot of tension on the strap which put more tension on my feet. I have normal arches but these had high arches, adding to the discomfort.

Looks good and footbed is very comfortable, however straps are very sharp on edges and sliced into my feet. Brought these on my beach vacation thinking that they would break-in, but no.

Not enough cushion on the heel along with incorrect length of the straps which align the foot at an angle instead of in the center of the sandal make for an uncomfortable fit.

Lasted about 4 months before the sole came off. The glue that holds the vibram tread to the foam top comes apart if they get wet. The strap pulls off. I love the concept of the sandals but they just aren't made very well.

The location of the toe separation piece is uncomfortable, on my feet it pushed my large toe to the inside edge of the flip flop instead of leaving it in a natural comfortable position.

Not comfortable shoes at all, hard sole and small in size

I looked at the features including arch support, sole and heel cup. All those features are very good. The bad is the strap itself. The fabric is very rigid and compared to bare skin it is sharp. It cuts right into the top of my feet. If Merrel redesigns with a better strap material I may recommend in the future.

Not for people with wide feet. I am a 9.5 4E in a sneeaker and I tried both the 10 and the 11 sizes and both had to be returned as it was too tight a fit.

Returned same day they arrived straps way too thin and cut into skin very uncomfortable!! Bought another pair of Reefs!!!

I have had Merrell flips in the past and they were rugged enough to walk anywhere. I just finished returning my second pair where the toe strap came loose and stretched to twice it's length making the flip unwearable. To Merrell's credit they did refund the cost both times without any hassle

The foot beds are okay but the strap is tight and has sharp edges. Very surprised Merrell would create such a poor product. Usually love their stuff but this is an absolute loser.

Very disappointed. About six months old and the strap on the right shoe has started to pull out to where I cannot wear them anymore as it falls off of my foot.

Not the quality sole I'm used to with Merrel, feels kind of cheap.

Bought these maybe a year ago and the strap takes little strain before it starts stretching to ridiculous levels and today it snapped off at the toe

These are rigid. Despite a high quality sole they are the most uncomfortable flip flops I have ever owned. And I live in flip flops all summer! Bought last year, wore 4 times, donated to charity this summer. Do yourself a favor and pass on these

Super disappointed. I wear 11.5W in EVERY pair of Merrell/Wolverine shoes/boots I have (6 prs), I ordered a12M in these flips and my heels are off the back by 1/4" and the are so narrow my feet are over the edges. I converted from Chaco after 15 years for this? Super bummed. C'mon Man!

When i initially purchased these last year it took them a while to break in. The straps were so tight and abrasive they left sores on the top of my foot. Just wore them the first time this year and the strap pulled through the sole. Maybe wore them a total of 20 times. First disappointment in a Merrell product.

Unfortunately I returned them as they cause pain in my Achilles' tendon. First time that I've had an issue with a Merrell product. Previous sandals/thong toe style lasted 3 years.

Could only wear them briefly while in Florida. The fabric between my big and second toe started to cut through my skin. These flip flops are unwearable for me

Normally wear a size 10.5, 11 and 12 were both too short and tight. Don't buy.
