I had Saucony's Guide 9 a few of years back and made a mistake to purchase another brand's running shoes last year that felt really light and great at first try. It turns out that, after running for some time with them (the other brand) I had calf and upper leg pain. Ever since I purchased these Saucony Guide 13 shoes, I've experienced no pain. The shoes are firmly set around my feet and feel much more solid and supportive of my feet. They also do not have a deep arch feature inside the sole that really bother me from the other brand. Overall, running is much easier and I can run much further with the Guide 13. I'm thankful to have Saucony shoes again. I don't think I will ever leave again.

I was a loyal Saucony wearer for almost a decade. I quit running and took up indoor cardio (elliptical, swimming...) until the pandemic compelled me to take it up again. It was like welcoming back an old friend as I stepped out for my first run. I would be hard pressed to use any other brand.

I've put over 200 miles in this shoe before writing this review. I don't often write reviews for the shoes I buy (I go through a lot), but these are a special pair. I've run in various saucony's, nike's, and brooks in the past couple of years. This trainer stands out. Not too pricey, lots of cushion and protection underfoot, and a smooth, natural ride. Doesn't have a harsh stability feeling. It shows great durability and still has yet to feel like its breaking down. Its the blue collar, rough and tough, stable mile eater that a serious runner needs.

This review is based on a comparison of several shoes: On Cloudstratus, Ascics Keyano 25, Mizuno Wave.
I suppose I'm a heavier runner at 225lbs and 50 years old. I am a overpronator. I found the Guide 13 supportive causing me the least amount knee/ankle discomfort. I felt like I could have run farther. These fit my feet very well. I wear a 13M in most but the ASICS above were 13 2E. Very pleased with these shoes!

I've been running in the guides since the 5. I'm am so glad they are back to how they used to be. Guide 13 has great comfort and feel. Fits great. Don't change a thing.

I'd like to share the best CX I've ever had so far. Thank you, Saucony for this amazing customer experience. I do recommend Saucony's running shoes.
Long story short, a few months ago I bought a Saucony's running shoes pair and after barely run 200 km in total the upper tissue got worn out. So on March 27th, I got in touch with Saucony Canada in order to see what could be done and honestly, I wasn't expecting to get an answer so soon due to this COVID-19 but for my surprise in just a few minutes, really just a few minutes after sending an email, I got a response from them asking me some photos, size, address, and further info...After just exactly one week of my complaint, today I got it replaced.... no any extra cost... no tons of questions either. Congrats Saucony on the excellent CX!

I have been running in the "Saucony Guide Family" of shoes for several years now and I can tell you that I have had great success with all of them. The feel, comfort and long life of these running shoes are excellent and thank you for continuing with this family of shoes!

These shoes are a perfect fit. I am on the heavy side and have trouble with my feet and legs. By looking at reviews of different shoes, I was impressed by the reviews of these shoes. Tried them, loved them and bough 2 pairs.

I am just getting back into running after being out of it for a few years. I deal with plantar fasciitis, so when shopping for shoes I've been real concerned about that issue. I was recommended these shoes from the running store I was at. I have smaller, narrow feet, but these fit perfectly like a glove. The cushion is wonderful and provides good support. I took them home and got on the treadmill to give them a shot and had no pain after a few miles! Very pleased with my purchase and recommend these to others that may deal with the same issues of narrow feet and plantar fasciitis.

I was looking to purchase some new running shoes and I decided to try a new brand. I purchased the Guide 13 because the support inside felt very comfortable and natural. It took me a little time to break the shoe in but now that I have, they feel so comfortable on my feet while training. I can't wait to use them in my next race.

This is my first pair of shoes from Saucony, and if the performance holds up like my first few runs, it won't be my last. The shoes have the right balance of cushion and responsiveness. Plus, they look great.

I am 86.6 years of age and ran 5 Rock n Role Full Marathons 26.2, and 2 Half Marathons 13.1 in the past 6 years.
I ran nearly a total of 5,000 miles in training and pleasure running wearing a total of 8 pairs of Saucony Guide Shoes.
I don't know how to run in any other shoes. I am breaking in 2 New pairs of Saucony Guide shoes to run a half Marathon in San Diego comes March 15, 2020.
Thanks Saucony.

I've returned to running after many years (decades) and after starting in a low quality shoe I recently picked up the Glide 13s. These are amazingly comfortable. They provide very good cushioning, a nice road feel, and have just enough stability. Running after a couple of knee arthoscopies and having plantar fasciitis- these provide the support I need without knee pain and the right amount of cushioning and control to not bother my PF. Amazing. I am very very happy with these Glide 13s.

Most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I was having ankle and foot pain for weeks, had seen podiatrist and orthopedist. I've been wearing this shoe for only 5 days and have already cancelled the MRI of my foot. I wish it came in all sorts of colors and I would wear this shoe all the time. I really don't want to put anything else on my feet.

Felt great right out of the box. No break in time necessary. I have a bad bunion and there has been no pain or chaffing what so ever.

I've worn the Guide for many years and this is the best update so far. The perfect amount of cushion, more than prior models, paired with the right amount of stability. The shoe provides for a very smooth ride. 10 out 10 I would recommend.

Having run in Saucony's through the Guide series until the ISO, this is a welcome return to the Guides of old. Fit is very comfortable, but the lighter shoe weight is noticeable. Road feel is good, but not at all harsh and the shoe is responsive. Glad the Guide is back.

Highly recommend these. Great cushion without over doing it and are still pretty light.

Got rid of the "quick pulls" because they did not hold. Had to stop 3 to 4 times on my 1 1/2 mile walk. Other than that, shoe is really the most comfortable I have ever worn.

I found these to be comfortable and durable in ways other Saucony shoes have not been- the inside heel didn't wear out after a month. However, over time the loss of confort has become noticeable. Still, good out of the box and good overall.
