I have several pairs of Skechers walking shoes. I like them all. This is the first pair of hiking boots I've ordered. They are a little stiff and will need breaking in. I would recommend ordering a half size bigger if you plan on wearing with thick socks. Otherwise, I like them.

I was looking for waterproof hiking shoes for travel that would be able to take pretty much anything. When I got them, I realized how stiff the sole was (great for a hiking shoe, but too stiff for what I was looking for) and one shoe felt uncomfortable (the side was pressing in on my foot), so ultimately I decided to return them and look for something more like I needed. If you're looking for a dedicated off road hiking shoe, this may be just the thing for you. Since I was looking for more mixed use (on and off-road), it wasn't for me. Still a big fan of Skechers.

I have a difficult time finding comfortable shoes. These work! They need laces that don't come untied constantly. Even double knots came untied. I replaces them and now they're perfect.

Love the shoes, but surprised at my heels coming up and almost out of the shoes.

I purchased these sneakers because of a foot problem and needed a sneakers with a wide toe box. The doctors recommended Skechers. Just wish more stylish and girly.

I wear these almost everywhere Shopping, on the elliptical machine and strength training classes at the gym and walking around town I do rotate my sneakers every couple of days so it took a couple days to break them in The only problem area was up around the ankle- too stiff Maybe that's because I'm used to wearing the ultra light sneakers Anyway, all is good now and I really am happy they are waterproof so I can wear them in the rain

Good roomy work boot, light weight, and comfortable.

I found the shoes very wide. I bought inner gel soles for them and they fit much better. Today I went out for a hike without realizing there had been snow up north. I was wishing I had worn snow boots, but I had these hiking shoes on - they were brilliant! I didn't slip and found my feet stayed warm and dry - was delighted to be wearing them, and they look so much nicer than snow boots - a great purchase!

Great for walking on rough terrain. Holds ankles tight

I wear the shoes when we are camping or hiking. I was disappointed in the loose fit. Would have preferred regular fit. My heel slipped when walking . I was able to add a foam inner sole that helped. I like how durable they are & that they are waterproof.

It just didn't work with my feet. I want a durable yet memory foam comfort and it didn't work.

These boots are comfortable and fit for purpose. The insoles are properly squishy and comfy, and the outsoles are well-cleated. The wide width really is wide enough for my toe area, which is unusual, but I can lace the ankle part tightly enough to fit my narrow heels and ankles. And they really are waterproof too. My one criticism is that the top few eyelets should be speed-lace hooks.

This show is a good quality hiking waterproof footwear on a par with pricier brands. Unfortunately even though it is a relaxed fit I would need a wide which is unavailable in this item. For 'normal' feet I would strongly recommend the Selman West Highland, but if you are wide it may be a bit tight.

Needed a waterproof hiker for Alaska and didn't want a boot. Naturally heavier than my Skecher walkers but was expecting more cushioning. I'm thinking these run a bit narrow and my heel slipped a bit. Heaver socks may solve that. I'd rate these good but not great if you're looking for real comfort in a hiker. Felt confident in the tread and the waterproofing was great!

I haven't had a chance to use them yet, but they are made well, fit well, and arrived in a timely manner. They are cute as well as practical.

These shoes are great, because they remain looking clean even after months of use. They also fit comfortably after I realized I had to order one full size smaller than I usually use. My first pair had to be broken in, but the next pair that I ordered were ready to wear and did not have to be broken in.

I have wide feet, so I ordered the wide width. My feet were swimming in these shoes! Cute style, but way too big.

Bought these specifically to wear on hikes. A little stiff and clunky to wear as walking shoes but excellent for hiking/climbing. I normally wear size 7.5 and 7 in Wide. With these, I had to go a full size down (6.5).

Went hiking in the mountains of Montana. Shoes were great and did awesome on the steep, uneven trails. They are a little too big though. I've always worn 9.5 wide. Didn't try these on.

I ordered the wide width because the medium width was out of stock. The wide width will be good for hunting this winter because I wear thicker socks. They don't seem to need breaking in and were comfortable strait out of the box.

These are a bit heavier than I expected. I didnt realize that they were fir outdoors. I kept them since they were waterproof and I needed something for outdoor activity. They definitely kept my feet dry. They are a bit stiff but I think they just need breaking in

I've worn Skechers for 10 years. They are decent shoes and carry the wide sizes and Arch support I need. I have a very high arch and bad ankle. Trying the boots out for ankle support.

I bought these for walking- walking the dog, especially, on wooded paths and grasssy areas. I am still breaking them in for that, but worry that in the summer they will be too hot to wear.

Comfortable and durable. Use them for work so hopefully they last awhile. Only negative is they are a lighter color than I anticipated and prefer but are good
