This pair of shoes are not comfortable at all! Made my feet hurt!

I had to return. They were too big. I'm still waiting on my refund.

I purchased this shoe online in a size 7W. It was hard to get my foot in the shoe. When I stood up and put weight on the shoe, I was in pain. The material at the top of the back of the shoe stuck into my leg. The shoe was not wide enough across the toebox. And there was not any cushioning to this shoe at all. So disappointed. Returned the next day.

Too small, had to return.

It is not wide enough and particularly not wide enough over the instep. The ones that fit me are your Skechers D'Lites Bomb Cyclone Ankle Boot (Women's) 5W. the D'lites close over my foot and instep. However, you have not had the 5 wide for some time. PLEASE make these next year. Thank you!

I got this to walk my dogs through the woods without getting my socks wet. But, the side of my ankle (right above ankle) the edge was digging in. I even adjusted the lace, and even tried stuffing padding (which wouldn't stay). So my walk was very unpleasant. I checked return policy online to see if I could get a replacement, but it seems (once worn) that I can't return this product. (Not pleased with this choice at all.) Can you help me out?
