I got two pair of these. Both pair after wearing them 4 times fell apart. The soul of the shoe came apart. They are no longer water proof. I don't recommend getting these boots.

Seasoned hiker. Was gifted these as I have a Hiking Insta Account, wanted posts in return. Well I took my new boots for their first hike up Cadair Idris and I hated them as soon as I put them on my feet. There is zero cushioning and the ankle support is terrible as the boots are too wide. There are no Lace hooks to tighten your laces to provide the support and stop your feet sleeping down when decending. I ended that hike in so much pain, my soles were burning, my ankles hurt from the uneven ground with no support; my toes were bleeding. I will never put these boots on my feet again. Never deviate from what you know just because it's free. Couldn't post the review as I don't want the negative post. I climb a mountain every weekend and I need good boots. These are not.

I initially bought these shoes as I needed a new pair of waterproof, non-slip boots for work. I fell in love with the colour and style of these but after wearing them for one day, I found that although they fit snuggly around my feet, the frame dug into my leg above my ankle. I now have two scabs in my legs. Thanks, Skechers! I am absolutely disappointed in the quality of these shoes being a loyal fan of Skechers. I have bought loads of Skechers shoes in the past and all of them were excellent quality, not like this one.

Good luck hiking wearing these. After a day of hiking, both my small toes were chafed badly. I had to put bandaid halfway through my hike to prevent further chafing. My big toes got swollen severely to the extent that they became purple. When I accidentally hit a stone, one of my toenails broke. The leather is extremely hard. See photo for proof.

Bought these as hiking boots to walk scotlands beautiful west higland way had to give up on day 4 as the boots let in water and I walked 8 hours in soaking wet boots leaving me with an infection. Really disappointed.

The shoes didn't fit right and had to return

These fit very oddly. The front was comfortable and fit well, but the back was really loose. Just standing, they were comfortable, but as soon as I took a step, my heel came right out. I tried different ways of lacing and tying, because it really wanted them to work, but the problem was that the sole doesn't bend. At all. So, when taking a step, the shoe stays flat, but my foot bends and the heel is too loose to hold my foot. So, I returned them.

Didn't run true to size. Luckily they fit my daughter, so I gave them to her.

I was looking for a lightweight hiker. These shoes are heavy and cloddy and fit very poorly. My ankles are still hurting. Too bad I wore them outside or I would definitely be returning them.

These shoes are very stiff and heavy. My heels slipped and they rubbed a raw spot on the top of my foot. I felt like I was clomping around in Frankenstein's shoes. I ended up retuning them.

I sent them back but did not receive a credit for them yet.

unfortunately, I must return product. Too uncomfortable. Right boot fit well and was comfy. Left boot rubbed excessively in the ankle area. Too painful to wear. Lopsided boot?

I had planned on using these for hiking, but to big and very heavy and stiff.

Thought they would be very supportive for walking on vacation but they actually made me trip a lot!

I don't think this style will work well for many women who need a wide footbed in the front but have a narrow heel. Ended up passing these along to a friend - hope they work for her.

Heel too wide, toe too narrow

Have bought Skechers for years. This is the first pair that are so uncomfortable I can't wear them. I can't return them because I didn't keep the original box they came in!

I wear daily

I did wear them for one hour. They feel like a 9. I will buy again but if my return is not honored I will not

Sadly I had to return these shoes they were too loose in the heal. I plan to try on more but I'll have to go to a store rather than buying on line.
