The shoe doesn't fit me right, I have emailed and tried to reach Merrell for an exchange but I cannot reaxg anyone for help. Customer support is not friendky at all for this assistance.

I usually wear size 5. Ordered this shoe and when I wore it, it seems to be two to three sizes up.

These are huge. I wear Merrells always. Always order a 9.5 and they fit perfectly. I had read reviews about this shoe running large so I reached out to Chat team and they suggested I order my normal size. WRONG! They are way, way too big. Disappointed I'm having to go through the hassle of a return now.
