I have many pairs of the provision 3.5 and I've LOVED them! These new models feel great for arch support but they are so much more narrow that after 3 runs I developed a Morten's neuroma! And I have narrow feet btw. Seriously depressed that I won't be able to run in the provisions anymore.

Love the Torin 4's purchased the Provision's as a secondary pair. Shoes will be returned to day for another pair of the Torin 4's.

I wear orthotics...cannot even get my foot in this with a lightweight sock...nevermind the orthotics. This shoe is not as DEEP. I ordered the same size as I always have, in fact the older ones I wear have have 1.5 extra length in them, buying a bigger size won't help! The depth needs to be there. I bought these elsewhere. At the time I was needing to replace my shoe they were not listed here, in fact I did not even realize I would be getting an 'upgraded shoe. So I am nursing a raw foot and have to put aquaphor and bandages on part of it to get it healed. I don't even know what to do...it took YEARS to find a shoe that works for me and my feet. I am devastated. I know it might sound dramatic, but you would understand if you have feet problems.

I HATED THESE PROVISIONS (and loved my 3.5s) and they have already been returned to my local running store. After my first 12 mile run, the newest feature, the "supportive" shoelace instep caused BRUISING to the arch of my foot! The shoe lace arch supports felt like ribbons pressing inside the shoe, despite how loose I tied the shoe! I've already switched to another type of running shoe and away from my trusted Provision... so sad, I was so excited for the new Provision 4.0...
