Sized down based on other reviews and they fit perfect. I do several different types of workouts in these and they work perfect for all of them!

Great shoe for in the gym, nice low heel, love the shoe flexibility. Black lime white shoe color looks great on the foot. I am not a CrossFit person..,but I do boot camps 5 days a week

Wonderful pair of shoes, give great support in both BodyPump and cardio classes! My knees used to hurt a bit after the classes but now that I've switched to these ones, my knee pain went away. They give proper support, will definitely buy again :)

Secure fitting, yet space for feet to flex with jumping and movement.

Cute and practical! I love these for my HIIT workouts. I am an 8.5 typically in sneakers which is what I bought and they are the perfect fit. Love to look and comfort of the sock fit.

These are awesome while doing our HIIT workout. Like these more for our cardio and running better than the nanos.

Love the colour of white however the base looked brighter online but probably due to the flash of camera used- still happy with it. Very good arch support and overall good show

Comfortable. Well fitting. Color options are great. I went with the black and white. In the picture it shows a gray stripe on the side; mine have a limeade stripe. I would have preferred the gray stripe as it was pictured.

Great for interval, hit, & weight training. Use these shoes for Hiit beyond & Bodypump. Very comfortable.
