These are great for all Les Mills workouts - GRIT, Bodyattack, Bodycombat, Bodypump. I have a very narrow foot and these hug it perfectly. I typically wear a 7.5 in all my athletic shoes (7 in dress/street) and the 7.5 worked for me.

Great looking trainer and really, really comfy. Actually makes lunges, burpees and squats 'easier' as your foot has cushioning in the right places. Wish I had bought them earlier!

Aside from how awesome these look, they are super comfy. I do a lot of different high intensity Les Mills training daily. I needed an upgrade from what I was wearing and these were more than I was expecting. Lightweight, supportive, and beyond comfortable. These fit my feet perfectly.

I started exercising at home 2 years agoo with a pair of Reebok speed tr2.0.Im doing hiit, skipping rope, running, playing basketball.. So, alot of different types of training. It was Time to change the trainers and i ve found these. They are perfect, i love them!!! I feel great, they look great. Ill alaways have at least on pair of Reebok hiit trainers. (i have at least 6 other pairs of trainers from other brands). These pair are my favorites and they are ticking all The boxes for any kind of trainings!
