This pair of sneakers is by far the best I've had. These have been a perfect addition to my functional fitness classes. They are being held outdoors so the extra support and cushioning is well appreciated. They carry me from running to rowing to lifting to biking . Want to get another pair

Not only a nice looking shoe but also a really comfortable one and it suits perfectly for HIIT.

I am using the HIIT Women's Training Shoes for indoor walking videos, at this time. They are light and work well for lateral movement. I don't feel like I need to take them off, after my workout. Very comfortable!

I have trouble with my knees so I needed a decent pair of trainers that supported me during HIIT workouts. These are really comfortable. I have wide feet and there is plenty of room. They are also very supportive and I have noticed the difference when doing workouts. Well priced aswell.

These ARE the perfect shoes for HIIT workouts. My running shoes are grateful I found these.

I ordered these with the intention of using them for Pilates and they get the job done! Fits well and looks even better.

I do a mix of CrossFit style workouts and conditioning workouts with metcons involving sprints, longer runs (usually max one mile at a time), mixed in with box jumps, burpees, etc. I love my Nanos but I had difficulty running in them. These are the perfect shoe for me; I have the stability of the Nanos, but a better fit for running. Exactly what I wanted.

I brought these to help support my arch more while doing hit classes. Helped me with my bad knees.

Wanted to switch up from running shoes for Les Mills workouts and these came recommended. They're true to size, acceptable for slightly wider feet and actually grip the concrete garage floor better than running shoes or Pump shoes. I would stick to my regular size next time, not go up half a size as they are ok for wider feet because of the fabric nature around the toe box (rather than rigid suede or plastic). Love the greyish colour too.
