I always had problems with my feet and ankles with previous trainers from other popular brands.I finally found the right shoes with great support and comfort and I have no more pain on my feet and ankles

Good for stability when jumping around. I was using running shoes for my workouts and knew I was way too wobbly with side to side jumping. I know I'd eventually get hurt if I didn't get the right shoes. These are perfect. They're light too.

I have only worn them 3 times but when i start working out they're kinda tight and my toes go numb.... but as i keep going they're fine so I'm hoping they just need a good stretch.

It's great for HIIT training! It's grippy and doesn't slip and slide around on my feet when I'm jumping side to side.

Great shoes, super comfortable and feels nicely cushioned. Excellent for turning and pivoting also which was a priority for me. They do run a little on the larger size but I didn't find this to be problematic.

I've been looking for a workout shoes with great comfort that still has a lot of stability. I already got Nano X but they are a bit to stiff for me during jumps and HIIT but these shoes are perfect!

I love these! I'm obsessed with Les Mills and had to have these! The colour and style is gorgeous and they look amazing on!
I usually use a competitor brand with air bubble technology and I thought these were great for pump and combat. Nope they weren't in comparison! I'm a total convert to these! Light, flexible and supportive. So far I cannot fault them! Glad I made the purchase!

Perfect for training. I go to SHred 4/15. Lots of side to side and up and down movements. These shoes offer the stability I need.

DONT BE LIKE ME! I made the mistake of taking these bad boys out for a bike ride and boy do they got dirty. I washed and hand scrubbed, bleached, stain removed these shoes and nothing seemed to do the trick. I love these shoes but please only use them indoors or prepare for a headache trying to clean them!

I love these shoes. I made the purchase because I’ve been doing HIIT works outs and just started to have some heel problems. These shoes have much more side/lateral support than the running shoes I was using. They were so light that I was worried about them cushioning enough - but it’s been just fine. Love the colors and form, just wish the ‘sock like’ insert would have a little loop on back to hold up in place while you put each foot in the shoes. Am very very happy with my purchase!

I have a high arch and every shoes I bought or inserts never help with the pain during a workout ... but with the Reebok Women HIIT training I have no pain in the arch while working out...I am considering of buying another one in a different color.
